VEX
 
The Heckler never imagined that he would have a side-kick let alone a teenage girl but Vex had other ideas she was always there when he was in the middle of foiling a crime. She wasn't very skilled when she turned up in her home made copy of his costume but some how villains who met her always suffered failure.
 
missed her, blundered into each others way and tripped over their own feet on one occasion all three things happen at once dropping a chandelier on top of the whole gang.
 
As he couldn't get rid of her the heckler has taken it on him self to train her.
Vex has probability powers that she has very little control over but tends to protect her put her in the right place and helps her Vex every criminal she encounters.
 
She is not the quick witted wordsmith that the heckler is but is working on her banter.

TCB⚡
 
TCB⚡ used to be Grace Priscilla landon female Elvis impersonator and waitress in the Jungle room lounge at the Heartbreak hotel (a real place honestly).
 
That was until she claims she was struck by lightning whilst standing over elvis's tomb at graceland ( no evidence has ever come to light of the incident but she claims to have broken in so no one knows for sure) 
 
Now she is Taking Care of Business in a Flash⚡
 
 
she is the teams speedster moving around in a trail of lightning and twinkling rhinestones she dresses is a variety of Elvis themed costumes(often themed after the caper ie jail-house rock for a prison break or blue hawaii for a beach front crime) but she prefers the white jump suit of vegas era Elvis.
 
unusually for a speedster she carries a gun but mostly uses it to shoot out cameras and monitors. she also rides a fast japanese Motor-Cycle usually when not actively in combat. she is skilled in Karate which she claims  "Goes with the Sickle!"

Chalk
 
Charles Chalk Dover is a cliché the ivy league professor with Chalk dust on his leather patched tweed jacket.
 
His verbose language and tendency to lecture on obscure topics people tend to undee
estimate him as his just
an academic.
 
While Charles does have multiple doctorates in anthropology psychology linguistics and traditional occult practices.
 
He is also one of the best practitioners at the arts of wards and runic magic with a stick of Chalk he can create a impenetrable barrier, create traps or see through walls. With any writing instrument he is a dangerous ghost hunter. In his hands the pen is truly mightier than the sword

Drake "Mandrake" Barkler
 
Drake was a disappointment and a joke to the rest of the Barkler Clan because of his passion for his hobby. Just about anything else would have been exceptable to the family but Drake loved stage magic.
 
And no family of black practitioners practiced in the dark arts and hidden mysteries can abide a penny ante conjurorer.
 
Drake practiced in secret his father destroyed his mail order magic kit when he found it so Drake concentrated on slight of hand coin and card tricks. His siblings and cousins mocked him calling him Mandrake the magician. Drake persevered finally he felt he was skilled enough to show the family. After a swingeing dinner for the extended family. Drake gathered the family and began his act he began with the classic disappearing ball trick and despite the family's apathy and contempt for his hobby many where impressed by his skill and showmanship. Unfortunately his cousin Bradley a thug and bully who had made Drake's life hellish insisted on heckling stage whispering to his cronies about real magic and how pathetic drake was. Drake persevered ending his act with his very best trick.
 
Drake stood in front of the gathered family a single large red foam ball resting in his palm. Bradley yelled from his seat at the back "WOW! HOLDING A BALL THAT'S SOME TRICK!" and then without a single motion from Drake the ball vanished. The family was shocked into silence that was one hell of a finale no one could work out how it was done even Bradley was speechless there was applause and then a loud crash as a blue in the face choking Bradley collapsed to the floor clawing at his throat. Some one pulled him to his feet and delivered the heimlich and a large red foam ball covered in spit flew from his mouth. "The next time..."Drake said in a chill emotionless voice. "it will be in your heart!"
 
Drake is now the families Assasin able to kill with out leaving a trace or in a manner that screams don't mess with the Barklers.
 
His only spell is his ability to teleport an object of less than an ounce anywhere within 12 feet including inside objects.
 
He can also recall any object in that radius he can see to his hand and recall the last object sent if he can see it or not.
 
He uses this spell to devastating effect if he wants to send a message his target might be found with and ace of spades lodged in his heart or brain stem on the other hand an ounce of heroin appearing in your heart or an icecube for that matter will leave very little trace for an autopsy. While he mostly uses his power to kill Drake can also disable block the carotid till a target passes out then remove it. teleport a razor blade into a speedsters Acl. How about a cherry pit in the aqueous humour of a person with eyebeams.
 
Mandrake is a middle tier magician playing shows all over the world which often gives him an excellent cover to get close to targets.

Surely they would annilate like matter and anti matter and you would get a burst of energy and the strange particles would form AUSTIN POWERS Groovy baby!

Drrushing Batman is obviously a time Lord it all makes sense
 

Reboot
 
Amy Nehzia was a gifted scientist working on quantum teleportation she developed a system that would allow her to transmit her quantum state from one place to another but she was terrified that something would go wrong so she built in a fail safe if she flatlined or hit the units panic button she would instantly be restored to the last good quantum state.
 
The experiment would have been a great success if the lab hadn't been targeted by ARGENT their attempts to steal the device they accidentally killed Amy her corpse immediately vanished and was replaced by her prejump self the ARGENT team panicked aiming a fussilade of shots at Amy she died again the device was torn apart by the gun fire and Amy reappeared just as it exploded.
 
Amy would die 8 more times as she appeared confused and with no memory in the middle of the inferno that ingulfed her lab. Eventually the fire suppression systems kicked in an extinguished the flames only for a very confused Amy to appear once more.
 
Amy is now reboot using her quantum teleportation powers which now seem to have become part of her she can jump around the battle field using a variety of devices she has created for crime fighting if she is killed or seriously injured she teleports back to the last safe location she ported too with no memory of events past that point which can be a lot if she has not been using her powers even if it is only a few seconds she will still me confused by the sudden changes.

It takes a certain type of man to go out into the wilderness for months at a time and cut timber Toby Fourier was that type of man self-reliant tough and antisocial while working at a remote camp in Alaska Toby found a strange looking tree he knew the unique looking wood would earn him a fortune.
 
he set to work cutting it down but as his chain saw bit home the tree spit thick hot blood and a blood curdling scream rose up scaring a thick cloud of crow's from the surrounding area.
 
Toby was drenched in the blood. He kept cutting despite the blood thinking it was just Some unusual type of sap.
 
Completely covered in gore he felt the tree only for it to turn into vile black goo as it fell.
 
He struggled back to the camp pissed off at the loss of his prize he rinsed off the crud and joined the chow line.
 
Then he collided with one of the other lumberjacks spilling his dinner seeing it was the more successful and popular Jack Smith an old enemy and after his disastrous day he was furious and threw a punch.
 
The punch connected and it was a lot harder than even a strong man should manage Jack's face shattered and he dropped dead where he stood.
 
Ten men tried to tackle Toby but he threw them off and ran out into the forest living off the land several attempts where made to capture him but after several US marshals where killed super heroes where called in and finally caught Toby. He would have spent the rest of his life in Stronghold if his prisoner transport hadn't been hit by the Kill Crazy Eights.
 
Now as Twobyfour he is part of the team. His body was changed by that mysterious trees life blood his body is like solid oak able to stand up to extreme punishment. His strength is enhanced considerably as well. he heals fast if he stands on bare ground under sunlight.
 
His most unusual power is his control over wood any wood he holds becomes harder than steel. He takes advantage of this by carrying a length of two by four which he swings like a felling axe he can also cause floorboards to grow into sharp spikes either harming or trapping his targets.
 
he can also cause wood to explode into razor-sharp splinters either directly or in an area effect blast. Toby is a simple man he likes beer babes and beating the tar out of people. He likes to get away from people between jobs disappearing into the wilderness.
 
As twobyfour he wears a flannel shirt jeans with a thick work belt and bare feet so he can contact any bare earth he can find. His shirts tend to get shredded showing a very hairy chest covered in old scars.

Aguri Aka "The last daughter"
 
The girl called Aguri Suzuki used to have another name she doesn't like to think of the life that name belongs too. At 8 years old the youngest member of the large family of a successful Japanese politician. The family where vacationing in a old family home in the mountains. she had snuck out of her room late at night to sneak a snack from the kitchen that's when the tattooed men came she heard her father shouting and then her mothers scream and then the screams of her sisters and brothers. She hid as they searched the house they missed her hiding spot and then there was fire and she was running into the woods. Lost confused and scared Aguri wandered into a hidden village of Tengu. There the Crow demons raised her and taught her their shadow arts training her to fight hide and more.
 
Ten years later Aguri appeared in Tokyo and the Yakuza learned to fear the shadows.
 
now she is the bane of the underworld dressed in tight black bike leathers and wearing a scarf of blackest shadows from which she can draw throwing blades and swords of ebon blackness. She can also teleport short distances through shadow portals when she needs to travel fast she rides a deep black sports bike skipping past obstacles by cutting through the shadows.

Hexagon
 
Gloria "Goldie" Burdham was the girlfriend of a highly successful racecar driver. Many people assumed that her extraordinary good looks and cascading blonde hair was how she snagged her man but the truth is some what diffrent.
 
an avid car fan from her youth as an apprentice to her F1 mechanic father she met her future boy friend whole wearing form hiding cover-alls and up to her elbows in grease and then spent ten minutes berating him for miss timing his pit stops and using the wrong gear during one stage of his practice lap.
 
Goldie and her boyfriend have been together ever since.
 
Goldie got her super powers whilst scuba diving during the set up for Monte Carlo grand prix she was diving the wreck of a old Roman galley when she saw something glinting amidst the silt reaching down for she touched a strange golden hexagon covered in some intricate otherworldly pattern. The moment her fingers brushed the surface she felt a momentary warmth then a sudden feeling of power joy and safety.
 
When she returned to the surface and removed her wet suit she discovered the mysterious artifact was bonded to her skin.
 
It was strange she wanted to panic or rush her self to hospital but she knew that the Hexagon was good and would keep her safe.
 
It was the next day during the grand prix that she would discover how true that was The race was attacked by eurostar and she watched helpless as her boyfriend drove un knowingly into the line of fire of Fuermacher.
 
That was when she felt the heat again the golden hexagon on her chest expanded from a tiny postage stamps to the size of a dinner plate 5 then thousands of tiny gold edged black hexagons flowed out from the one on her chest. They completely covered her finally 5 more larger gold hexagons appeared on her hands feet and masking her face.
 
With barely a thought she kept into action generating a hexagonal golden barrier to protect the racers from fire then enclosing Fuermacher in a hexagonal energy bubble until he burnt through his oxygen and passed out. An explosion at the pit area made her terrified for her father and her friends in the pit crew without thinking she formed a shimmering golden racecar from hundreds of tiny hexagons and drove at High speed to the site where she ended up toe to toe with Durak to shield the mechanics from his rampage blocking with hex Shields and dropping heavy barriers cars and other weights on him using hex platforms to lift them High over head.
 
Eventually other heroes arrived and drove off eurostar and Goldie has been a superhero ever since.
 
her jet set life style giving her many opportunities for adventure but most of all she loves to go fast taking any opportunity to create a Hex-construct car or flyer and see how fast she can get.

He is now the world's for most master of strength magic he has transformed his body he is now a 7 foot tall giant he tends to wear just tight black leather pants to show off his rippling musculature and mystical tattoos.
 
Dr Colossus is still a little weak boy at heart he is quick to anger and responds to any slight against his strength with fury.
 
He will always seek to challenge the strongest opponent available his base form is immensely strong but he has a variety of talismans potions and spells to further boost his STRENGTH. He is vain and in need of constant proof that he is the strongest. He often goes out looking for fights with large groups of normals(like the jocks who used to bully him) just to prove his superiority.
 
If defeated by main strength he will concentrate on nothing else but gaining more strength and hunting down his foe to defeat them.

He is a classic Russian design ugly over built but powerful and durable whole he has some missiles and gun fixtures they have long since run out of ammunition he mostly uses his potent fists and his last working laser.

There are some other flavour powers you could add from ultimate speedster speed reading 360 vision (instant) freeze time look around and unfreeze equally clairesense look freeze time go have a look over there then come back.
 
You could buy an indirect energy blast with the SFX of him accelerating walking over decelerating to blast an opponent at short range then accelerate again.
 
Life support no need to sleep to represent accelerationg and having a nap in seconds.
 
You could also buy triggered recovery to represent accelerating and having a break.

Spring fling
 
The teams martial artist spring fling is an expert judoka his modified version of judo/jujitsu allows him to use his opponents strength against them combined with his high tech boots with hyper rubber soles which allow him to make extraordinary leaps.
 
This allows him to come at opponents from all sorts of directions and boost his impact by springing of walls floor and ceiling.
 
He wears a daffodil yellow judo give and green belt.

Profesor Caótica
 
Alberto Galeno was born in poverty in one of the worst slums in Mexico city a brilliant child unable to attend the schools his intellect required he educated him self at the cities libraries by the time he was in his teens he decided he needed to raise the funds that would let him study in America but the only opportunity for a poor Barrio kid with no official education was as a luchadore taking on the persona of Profesor Caótica Alberto used his knowledge of anatomy kinesiology and physics to become a ferocious fighter dressed in a white coat with a black mask embroidered with white symbols and numbers to look like a chalk board covered in mathematical and chemical formulae. Alberto made the money he needed and was able to attend MIT graduating with triple majors in theoretical physics engineering and chemistry.
 
he went to work for a major corporation developing a weather control system to aid drought stricken regions only for the company to turn out to be a viper front who would use his device as a weapon.
 
when he discovered this they stole his work and they sent a team to kill him obviously they weren't expecting a highly skilled luchadore he defeated the kill team but realised viper would never stop hunting him so he faked his own death and fled back to Mexico eventually he would join Los rudeos to help fund his research
 
Alberto is a brilliant man and his greatest hope is that his research will help lift the people of Mexico's poorest regions out of poverty but as he is legally dead and hunted by viper his only means of funding his work is crime.
 
Alberto is the conscious of the team working to reduce collateral damage and protect civilians he is in it for the money not the action .
 
he is a skilled fighter but also usually carries a few gadgets tailored to the job and probable foes. He is also an expert strategist planning most of the teams heists but he is a lousy tactician unable to cope with the fast pace of combat he leaves that up to one of his teammates.

Rajit iron-hands
 
Rajit Nira is Literally a self made man one of the wealthiest men in India he joined the able 8 to make the world a better place as he knew more than most what evils can happen to the defence less in this world.
 
Rajit was born into poverty a untouchable caste orphan abandoned on the streets of New Delhi he survived by scavaging the cities trash heaps for things to sell though entirely uneducated Rajit had a knack for technology and was able to repair broken machines and toys he found making some money more than enough for him but he helped the less able Street kids buying medicines for the sick ones etc. But it would not last a local factory owner heard about the boy who was good at fixing things and had some thugs grab him off the streets the corrupt factory owner locked rajit in the factory forcing him to crawl through the ancient machines repairing them so he did not have to pay someone the factory worked night and day and Rajit never got enough sleep or food when he did not fix a problem fast enough or asked for a costly part the factory owner would beat him. Eventually the constant abuse took it's toll and Rajit made a stupid mistake placing his hands in just the wrong place and they where mangled by the ancient iron of the machine the factory owner found rajit curled up in a balcony clutching his mangled hands and rather than helping him he kicked the boy and then had dome workers throw him into the trash. Rajit should have died then blood loss should have finished him but some other Street kids found him and returned the kindness he had shown them they bound his wounds and nursed him through the fever of his infected wounds many Street kids banded together scraping ing what little they had together to buy medicines and food for Rajit. Eventually he was restored to health but the skill full hands that had provided for so many where gone. That didn't stop rajit he made his first iron hands the day the fever broke crude scrap made hooks but they let him do more start making money and when ever he could he would improve them better hook attachments a claw came next and again he was making money he started paying for school so he could learn to read about engineering and science the pictures in damaged trash books had already taught him so much he mastered reading and writing swiftly then discovered maths and computers. Rajit got organised recruiting dozens of street kids he set up in an abandoned wear house making toy's and jewellery from scrap but they made money. And as his business grew so did the capabilities of his prosthetic hands. That was 20 years ago now Rajit is a tech sector golden boy his charitable foundation rescues thousands of kids from the streets every year and fund pioneering research into medical cybernetics. Rajits own hands are the cutting edge of prosthetics indistinguishable from life.
 
Of course he also has a collection of other hands he uses as a super hero defending the helpless dozens of speciality hands for every occasion from grapple hands to gecko grip from pulson blasters to gas dispensers.
 
Rajit dresses impeccably in fine tailored suits containing a low profile armour of his own devising. Rajit looks like an attractive Indian male in his late twenties he is a little on the short side of average due to child hood malnutrition. Rajits only acknowledgement of his superhero persona is he will switch his covert life like hands for metal ones which are much more obvious and packed with gadgets.

Nice cysphrett I'm picturing a cute if zombish 12 year old with a small army of roadkill that's she dotes on like they are still alive and act as her eyes and ears and occasionally swarm her enemies.

Lullaby is the daughter of the Brown Note and possesses some of that villainess's power. Whereas her mother could kill someone with her singing, she can put them to sleep. She uses this ability offensively against armed attackers who don't know to block their hearing from her voice.
