I find that, the more time I spend away from the Hero Games boards, the less compunction I feel to post to them when I DO have time to post again.
 
Or have the boards really become a black hole of suck since I stopped spending so much time here? I honestly can't tell whether they were this irrelevant before my semi-hiatus.

If you go to the reputation page and sort by decending reputation, you'll see the Big Z followed by the Super K. Well if their avatars were combined into the one picture...

Wait... on second thought, this is a great policy. Now I can put an end to all those stupid threads about nothing... or any thread in which the conservatives seem to have the upper hand. Or anything else where they are discussing something I don't like!

I've come to conclude that "reputation" is only fun when you actually have some. Sitting at home, alone, unable to find work, feeling the energy being sucked out of your soul is bad enough. Seeing your name steadly slide down the scale on the reputation list only makes it worse... especially when you go out of your way to NOT be a post-padding munchkin and only say something when you feel you've got something useful to say. It is a very graphic reminder of just how little effect you have on the world around you - and that is something I do not need at this point in my life.
 
I really wish I could turn the stupid thing off....
