9) Duplicate
hard sound construct
10) Transfer
OK, that is going to be hard,
11) Life Support
OK, that is going to be hard too. Maybe one of the weird powers that is not Unified, or Linked or what not.

It's ok for villain characters to have all their powers tied into that One Object Of Power. A hero can stop the powerful villain just by grabbing it and yanking it away (or disarm, or actually attacking the focus and damaging it...). Whilr certain comic book superheroes have that One Object Of Power (Iron Man's armor, Green Lantern's power ring for examples), they are usually not bought as Focus (or eventually buy off that power limitation so the tactics used against him in his early career no longer work).
Heroes can still buy focus limitation powers, just as everyone said don't put all powers in one focus, even if the special effects are part of the whole Object Of Power.
a half way point would maybe buying Only in hero ID (-1/4)

in some ways your hero is a Multiform, with helm is one form and without helm is the other. new stats, new powers and new look all in one.
-
ah, you are right, was seeing 5/30 PD and thinking the armor had not added rPD
-
Yea, Multiform could be dropped, or pay for the Multiform from the normal human form.
No rPD? The hero is going to hate street level hired guns.
Also you could saved a bunch of points on stats by using OIF (armor) on them.
-
have you used a multpower?

Anything that uses large amounts of 80+% hydrogen peroxide counts as "scary".
One of the test pilots of the ME-163 said something like, "That is not an airplane. That is a volcano-bottomed object."
both parts of the fuel are scary

Also STAT points are more of a help if you load up on a lot of skills that use that stat, but stat points are less useful if you only have one skill that use that stat
The wiz may have a high INT for all the INT skills to go with RSR on there magic but the wiz could just go for skill levels for RSR for magic and grab some, oh, CONTACTs

going to say after 1978, the cover was by Michael Whelan

I hadn't realized before this morning that they were using 39 separate but coordinated engines in that vehicle. That makes this a much more complicated problem than I had thought. The Soviet N1 rocket had 30 separate engines, and (admittedly 50+ years ago) the design difficulties could not be overcome. One of the four launch failures destroyed the launch complex.

Well, they would like to 'fix' regulations aimed at keeping the air and water clean and food, drugs and consumer products safe, but that cut into business profits.
