I note that the PDF files are $10(US) less than the print versions, but since I need to have a physical book for anything this important to me, I'd be getting the PDF's printed out. Until I know how many pages, I won't know how much that would cost, so I won't buy either until I know. Also: other than the covers, are there any color pix in the PDF files? Thanks in advance. OOPS: Nearly forgot --- how much is shipping & handling. I'm a few miles for Seattle, if the distance/location makes a difference.

Re: Small Stuff Depends on the situation. Dragging a sack of sand up a gravel driveway is much different from dragging a loaded cart with good wheels on a flat and level surface.
