What about altered ("souped-up," etc.) vehicles? What about vehicles in neither book? Oh, and you'd better specifically outlaw vehicles capable of other-than-road travel.

Mind Control: Rewire Telepathy: Multimeter, Schematic (esp. for deep-delving Telepathy) Mental Illusions: CRT Ego Attack: Watts, Volts, Surge For protection, how about Shunt (Missile Deflection), or Corona (Force Field or RKA [Damage Shield])? It's easy to add Powers later, with appropriate names. E.g.: Ohms: Suppress or Drain (esp. multiple powers at once) Farad: END Battery Coil: TK, ferromagnetic substances only Breadboard: a VPP Wire: Naked Adv., Ranged for some/all No-range powers
