  1. Re: Longest Running Thread EVER He's an AWESOME GM. ^ v ^ Kathleen was telling me the other day that, whenever she runs a game now, she's thinking, "Would Josh handle it this way?" ^ v ^
  2. Re: The Last Word Don't you roll your eyes at me! I saw that! ^ v ~
  3. Re: The Last Word I heard that!
  4. Re: NGD Scenes from a Hat My then-boyfriend told me to. NT: Worst roleplaying scenarios . . . ever.
  5. Re: Longest Running Thread EVER I have no doubt. We have all weekend. Heck, all MONTH, if we want. (Josh is in no hurry to get to the next plot arc. He doesn't like how the game makes me go to bed late. I tell him, "Then quit making it so exciting and nerve-wracking!")
  6. Re: Longest Running Thread EVER Not a good idea. She'd never speak to you again. And SOMEONE has to bury the bodies. hint, hint: it'd go faster if the other relatively uninjured party member helped. He's up in a tower. Follow the flute music. And she DOES have a perfectly legitimate reason for not wanting to be healed. Which you'll never find out if you avoid her.
  7. Re: Longest Running Thread EVER Yay! My character's sane again! Thank goodness for Kathleen. In case anyone wanted to try to talk to her anytime soon . . .
  8. Re: killing with cuteness I figured if I posted it JUST in here, those who avoid the pad-posting threads wouldn't see it. Wait, so I posted it in LRTE? That's not right . . .
  9. Re: NGD Scenes from a Hat "Yeah, boss, I would've gotten around to it, but I just don't give a flying [expletive deleted]."
  10. Re: Longest Running Thread EVER Ah, yes. You mentioned that. Well, as much as I trust the psychology profession, I know firsthand institutions aren't very helpful. Too clinical and hospital-like. Every case is different, and institutions don't leave room for that factor.
  11. Re: Longest Running Thread EVER Here, have a picture of my nephew. He's 3 months old, by the way.
  12. killing with cuteness ah-HA! I'll eliminate my competition by giving you a fatal overdose of cute! Behold! My 3 month-old nephew!
  13. Re: NGD Scenes from a Hat That, rather than being the sound of your favorite cereal, snap crackle pop is the sound your knees make when you stand up.
  14. Re: The Last Word If the intent is to gain the last word by getting the thread locked, that's NOT how to do it. But then, I'm sure you all know that. The NGD is ninja masters at getting threads locked.
  15. Re: Longest Running Thread EVER Girls with sexual boundary issues are more likely to be borderline than schizophrenic. Though I guess with BPD, there's a hallucination aspect to it. It's more likely, with her history, she's lying and manipulating to get away with behavior she knows is wrong. I'm not making a value judgment; I'm speaking from a detached psychological perspective. Either way, sounds like she could really stand to talk to a professional for at least a few sessions.
  16. Re: A Thread for Random Musings Click here or here for more Teresa.
  17. Re: NGD Scenes from a Hat Making the beast with 2 backs. (an oldie but a goodie)
  18. Re: Longest Running Thread EVER It's still kind of cute, no matter the source. It would've worked on me, whether I'd seen the movie or not. ^ v ^
  19. Re: Longest Running Thread EVER Heehee. What's YOUR safety word?
  20. Re: Longest Running Thread EVER Josh! Your PCs are running away with the plot! Come catch it!
  21. Re: Longest Running Thread EVER You'd be sorely disappointed. I'm really not. Though I get a HUGE kick out of sitting on Josh and tickling him 'til he bucks me off.
