No doubt.  Dont know how much I agree the businesses "control" bureaucracy.  Bureaucracy is gonna obstruct, its their reason for existence (at least bureacrats think that, or at least it seems the more they obstruct the more they it justifies them having job security)
 
 
But, businesses dont seem to feel bad about shamelessly taking advantage like a wrestler when the ref is looking the other way. (and even at their cleanest, they can pay people solely for the purpose of dealing with bureaucrats, where smaller businesses don't have such a luxury.

Conserve ammunition. There will always be another b*****d who deserves a first bullet more than a dead guy deserves a second.

You hear your name recited on-air by radio D.J.'s who sound like they have been stoned out their minds continuously since 1966 and who describe their station's format as "Album Oriented Rock". 
The good old days.

Another black hole merger event was detected by gravity-wave observatories last month, including VIRGO, in Europe, recently come on-line. The preliminary detection was announced a day or two ago. Three observatories allows for much better localization in space, as seen by this item in APOD.
