Hey DT--you ferocious little ball of fluff and rage--it's been nearly two weeks since anyone's posted to your image.  Ya wanna pick a winner, or should I just claim victory and run roughshod?

Once believed to just be a scary story parents would tell their children to get them to go to sleep appears to be all too real. A grey skinned withered old man with a milky right eye and a rotting hole where his left should be. He has long fingers tipped by broken claw like nails that he uses to pluck out his victim's eyes. He collects them in a large jar slung on his back. He will provide the perfect set of eyes for Tetar to view this world through.

Theam: Ex Morbane Fruad Kenhammon brought the rest of his group together to gather body parts for the sacred "Blood Feast of Tetar", the demonic enity who requires body parts to complete a summoned spell to bring Tetar over to our dimension from the Hell prison which keeps him.

Clair Deswell was a hereditary sorceress, the scion of a family of white magic sorceresses, passed through the maternal line. Her ability to bind mystic creatures, create protective circles and counter darker magics was a huge advantage in the fight against the Patriarch. 
 
Clair was requested to join the Anti Magic Society by her aunt, the Sorceress Madeline Snow, to infiltrate them and determine if they posed a threat to the family. (Unknown to Clair, or any member of the current generation, Madeline is actually the immortal sorceress Circe of Greek myth, and the ultimate progenitor of her line). To do so, Clair disguised her abilities as folk remedies and "old wisdom." The other members saw this as close to magic, but accepted her help given the advantages she offered, especially when she claimed that magicians were responsible for the death of her parents and brother (a lie - they'd died in a simple car crash years before).
 
After the destruction of the Patriarch, Clair reported to Madeline that the organisation truly was a threat. Madeline arranged a number of members of the family, a few magical mercenaries, and Clair, and was prepared to destroy their problem...when someone else did the job for them. Disturbed, Madeline spirited Clair to her "hideaway", a shrouded island in the Aegean Sea, where she waits and trains while "Aunt Madeline" investigates the situation.
 
Dr Nymax! and Visgoth are disturbed that "Clair Bosworth" has disappeared, but The Sybill isn't commenting. Mainly because she knows who Madeline really is.

But, given the ...um.... ambiguous....nature of the relationship between said black sword and said albino sorcerer, maybe not. It would certainly be a unique way to walk the moonbeam roads.

Mountain Man
 
Martin Crawley was an explorer and trapper who disappeared into the wilderness as did many others. What has come out of the wilderness now is well, pretty peculiar. It looks like the stereotypical mountain man only much larger. He is huge. A giant. And his clothes fit him. Skins from beaver and what not. Maybe that can be explained. Maybe. But not the gun. Old Bessie. No one could manufacture a shotgun that size. How he got that size is unknown. Martin thinks it was 'Injun magic. But it could be something else. Telepaths have confirmed that Martin believes what he says in true.
He can track across most terrains, the more desolate the better. He is not fond of modern technology and will happily destroy cars and computers with nary a moment's hesitation. He trusts the others about the modern world but does not trust anyone else.
 
For those of you that thinks this is familiar, it is based off a Villains and Vigilantes character.

Hillbilly Hoss
 
Jeb Sutherland was already a biggun before he fell into a vat of experimental growth formula on his daddy's farm. Now he is a supersized southern bred scrapper who loves a good fight and can do some serious damage. He is very competitive with the other Big Men and turns every battle or encounter into a contest of who can whoop the most ass or destroy the most property. He is also notorious for his drunken rampages after he brews up a vat of his special moonshine.

Le Sommeil (Sleep) is the crowd control expert. Another member of Velocite, He has the power to soothe people into a deep, restful slumber with his voice - his job was to render the bank staff and customers both harmless and safely out of the way.

Look Out is a professional sentry that monitors activity in the area that is being robbed. He is the one to give warnings about police and other things moving around.
 

Tin is a metal based villain that can shape metal to create walls and barriers to keep people back. He can also shoot the metal but he only does this if he is cornered. He is supposed to protect the plane until it's away, and then make his own escape. 
CES

Wings was the getaway specialist, originally from the Velocite team. She flew the high-speed. high-cargo capacity vectored thrust VTOL to carry off the take and the assault team, while the other two members of the skirmish team made their own exits.
Marie Chonnielle was an engineer and pilot for Dassault-Mirage. She had some out-of-the-box ideas on how to make a good VTOL aircraft, but because it wasn't conventional (and because she was a woman) she was never taken seriously. Angered at the treatment she received, she stole the parts to build her craft, Le Frelon (Hornet), and offered her services to the French thieves, figuring if she couldn't be respected, she could at least be rich.

Meredith
 
This red haired archer has an accent that some cannot understand. Her actions often unleash cursed magic and she can always shoot arrows through anyone that the magic misses. She killed her parents and siblings in order to rule so don't believe for a second that she will spare you.
 
New Team: The Los Angeles Trust bank robbery marked a new development in criminal planning. Two sets of crooks brought together to conduct  a theft and getaway.
Your mission should you choose to accept it is to detail one of the seven thieves involved
Four went into the bank to steal cash or other valuables while three remained outside who were tasked with the getaway part of the.plan.
They can be of either sex.
No one member of each subset could engineer the robbery or escape on their own i.e. a telekinetic could hold only a specific volume and no instant teleporting away.
As each subset works well on their own they can be named separately i.e. Foursome and Three of a Kind. And you can't use those names.

This werelion has been in many battles and bears many wounds. He is the first to enter combat and usually the last to leave often covering the others. He is taciturn and leaves diplomacy to the others but when it comes to a fight he can be depended on.

Medea
 
Penelope Martin served in the British Army as a biologist, chemist and specialist in chemical warfare. She came up with a number of neutralizing agents to protect British troops, but found her work sidelined by lesser scientists working on more "sexy" technologies.
She came up with a harness that enabled her to analyse, break down and neutralise chemical agents in the field, in minutes. But in field trials, she was set upon by a French super-soldier...whom she promptly kicked the butt of, after her harness enabled her to shut down his enhanced strength and speed.
The British Army balked at building more of the auto-labs (the one she had cost well over a million pounds), so she has worked as a freelance hero-for-hire since, learning not only how to shut down many opponents, but also to create "boosters" that made her own capabilities temporarily superhuman. She called herself Medea after the doctor, oracle and sorceress of Greek myth,  and when the Grecians came calling she joined in a trice.
 

Ursula Candry is the spider powered Arachne.  She combines the abilities of a spider with the ability to control spiders into a network of spies and assassins

Fortune hunter Marco Kristatos took up the name of the mythical hero as he battled the occult organization known as Chimera on several occasions during his world spanning adventures. He brings a combination of historical knowledge, rough and tumble fighting skills, and financial backing for the group. He also provides transport in the form of his hi-tech supersonic jet he has named Pegasus.

Mercules
 
Mercules, was for hire to several of the other tyrants, before carving out his own domain.  In some ways, his people are the most "liberated"  has he is semi-disinterested in actual rule.  Just doing enough, so the others don't complain about outlaws running amok across his borders.
 
Mercules true interest is physical power.  Desiring to become the strongest most Badass fighter that ever lived.  His excursion to Earth, is mostly as personal challenges to find powerful beings he can best.  To become even stronger.

Ruling much of the coast and outlying waters.  This werefish wrecks havoc against all possible enemies of the 7 tyrants, with an army of sea monsters, and half-fish pirates under her thumb

Drakaria
 
The daughter of an illicit affair between Zeus and Persephone, Drakaria was raised in the underworld by her mother and Hades, who vowed to treat the child as his own.  Lately she has found her way to Earth, and she very much likes what she sees.  When she first appeared a cult of evil sorcerers tried to enslave her--assuming that being from the underworld, she must be evil--but she escaped their clutches with the aid of a team of heroes, and has been fighting for justice and protecting the innocent ever since.  The full range of her godly powers is not known, but she has displayed a godly measure of strength and the ability to fly, not to mention a godly ability to withstand the most powerful of blows--and as most every electrically-powered villain has learned, lightning only makes her stronger.  She loves to fight and she loves to party, having learned the ways of strong drink from Bacchus himself.

Lily Marsh had struggled with depression and feeling like an outsider from an early age. This led to suicidal thoughts and self harm as a teen. When her psychiatrist failed to make an appointment with her during a very dark moment, she went out onto the ledge of a tall building and when her call to her doctor wasn't answered she prepared to jump. That is when the superhero Solarian suddenly appeared behind her. He told Lily "You're much stronger than you think you are. Trust me" Lily was saved that day and used that inspiration to seek more help and to help others. Even the Solarian's death soon after this moment didn't cause her to falter. She was more resolved than ever to help others and spread his positive message.
 
Several years later Lily had become an author and inspirational speaker when she was approached by the Solarian's greatest enemy Quentin Quartermass. Quartermass had reformed in the wake of the death of his nemesis and the final conversation that occured between them. He offered Lily the chance to be embued with powers similar to the Solarian. She was reluctant, but ultimately felt she could spread her message further and help fill the void left by Solarian in the superhero world. Gifted with flight, superstrength, super senses, near invurnablity, amongst other abilities she has taken the name Stronger.
