  1. Re: Waking up with not-so-super powers Here is a power that I definately would not want to have: There are three of you each with a different personality permanently bonded to you. Think of all the fun that one could have with this.
  2. Re: Answers & Questions Q: You just ordered a pile of garbage? What did you think that it would look like? A: The Star of DoDo.
  3. Re: Answers & Questions Q: There is a strange white blanket outside. Do you think that it could be snowing? A: Pressure equal to the core of Jupiter.
  4. Re: Waking up with not-so-super powers My not-so-superpower will be knowing what a person is going to say before they actually say it and what the proper response should be. Since there would be no possible way that this power would allow me to survive in any fight, I would only use it and become some form of "super-debater". I can see ways that I could talk someone into wanting to give me all the money they have on them, access to their personal and corproate accounts, into any job position that I desire (even if not qualified), and anything else that talking would allow. Maybe I might even talk the ubervillain into surrendering to the authorities without a fight .
  5. Re: Answers & Questions Q: Why are we entering this forbidden zone for a KFC? A: The Red Dwarf will do it.
  6. Re: Answers & Questions Q: The Avengers just offered you a position of prestige. Why did you just turn them down? A: Just give me mortality.
  7. Re: Answers & Questions Q: Why is he sneezing little plastic houses and hotels? A: Crash and Burn.
  8. Re: Answers & Questions Q: Did you just make a deal with Dr. Destroyer? What were you thinking? A: The square root of pi.

    MordSith

Re: MordSith I choose to place this thread here since I am planning on putting the MordSith into a Champions campaign using supers instead of a fantasy campaign where they are a=originally found. My original question was how to build a MordSith into a supers reality instead of taking them wholesale into the fantasy world that they were originally created in. Although this discussion has been very interesting and informative, helping me to get a better understanding of the MordSith (although they come in very handy and are better defined in later books).
  10. Re: Answers & Questions Q: So why are you called the Tin Man? A: On Merkat Island.
  11. Re: Answers & Questions Q: Why are there all those bill marks on your shins? A: The Repo Man cometh.
  12. Re: Need Super powered Mysteries! Who Turned Up the Thermostat? There is a well-known hero (or villain) (PC or NPC) who can control temperatures. None know the true limits of his powers. As everyone enters the winter, there is a massive heat wave of temps approaching normal summer temps. This temp master refuses any responsibility for this. Is he really really responsible or is this the work of another nefarious individual or a result of global warming?

    MordSith

Re: MordSith During the Dark Times, several Confessors were touched by the Confessor's power. I see nothing that makes one Confessor immune to the power of another.

    MordSith

Re: MordSith According to the original series, the primary ability of the Confessors is additive, but only during the right conditions the Confessor can release the opposite side (subtractive) known as the Con Dar. Kaylan discovered the Con Dar (not positive) in the second book, before the Silph was discovered. Since she had used (activated) the subtractive side, she was able to ride the Silph. She does not gain proper control over it in the fifth book where I have gotten upto. As a side note, if the MordSith is either touched by or captures the Confessor's power, it will within minutes drive the MordSith insane, not kill her outright.
  15. Re: Answers & Questions Q: Dr. Banner, why are you Hulking during this chemistry seminar? A: During the rampage.
  16. Re: Answers & Questions Q: You mean that destroying the world and making dinner for tonight is not enough? A: It's a yawnathon.
