Eight kings called Henry. The last one being Henry VIII.
Eight called Edward. The last being Edward VIII who abdicated to marry a divorcee. This was the present Queen's uncle.
Six called George, the last being the present Queen's father.
Four called William. The last being Victoria's uncle.
 
Correct. However Edward V, Edward VI and Edward VIII all had short reigns. Unlike the kings called Henry who reigned for 9 years at least. That was Henry V. Henry IV reigned for 12 years and the other kings called Henry all reigned for over 20 years. 

Context: I'd been using a text-to-image generator based on machine learning called Midjourney. Someone asked to see "Mulder and Scully in the style of Gary Larson". Midjourney failed. Badly. 
 
It failed at every comic strip artist I could think of. But then I thought, what if I just entered "Mulder and Scully as a newspaper comic"
"Why do you look at my neck like that Agent Mulder? I assure you I am a normal human agent like you."

 
I didn't say anything in the prompt about scully being a gray alien failing at its disguise. the bot came up with that on its own. And the comic is still pretty far from the style of a comic strip. At least it was funny.
 

I had a favor to ask about this actually. I enjoy the world creation draft enough that occasionally I talk to people on Reddit and so forth. It made me wonder how it would be to put the game into a format that could be readily shared, like a pdf.

Idle thought: would "Holy Day" be a fun slot?
 
'Day' being flexible: Lent and Hanukkah would be acceptable. Draft Beltane, Día de Los Muertos, or a Flower War.

An idea for next year certainly.

It would be a fun slot.  It had occurred to me earlier that we don't get into the ceremonial aspects of our godhoods, and that's weird.  I might expand it into "rite" or "observance", so that it could be a holy day, a ritual, prayer, ceremony, sacrifice, or whatever.

I find it oddly comforting that text-to-image AI is bad at hands. Really bad. Every novice artist I've ever listened to has complained about the difficulty of hands and feet. I see so many pictures on this site where the hands look like they belong on a gibbering horror. AI has the same problem we do.
 

 

Meanwhile the Chancellor and Health Secretary have resigned over here. Boris has replaced them but it is not a good sign
