HeroGM
Been trying to mull this over for awhile and figure out. The tendrils/grab is the easy part. The being nested is what's getting to me... paralysis?
Stanley Teriaca
Simple-ish. Extradimentinal Spaces from one of the Advance Player's Guide books. If you don't actually WANT to new power you need a new book to get, try Extradimensinal Movement with lots of limitations (like Physical Manifestation and target is released when the manifestation is destroyed). Grailknight
Even simpler, an Entangle as a Damage Shield that only works when used as an attack. You can add Cumulative to it to reflect the idea that it seems to be harder to escape after the initial entanglement. Mark Rand
What are the heroic names of the two heroes in the above comics and what team, if any, are they with?

It mostly depends on the GMs personality and the GMs need. Just now, Stanley Teriaca said: The actual power used depends on how simple or how complicated you wish to make it. I see members of the Newsboy Leagon, who were a bunch of normal WW2 paperboys who did adventures together. A bunch of young sidekicks to little known DC heroes. Secret is kinda a 'sidekick' to Dead Man, but is more modern age. Arrowette is known as Red Arrow in the rolll call list (is Arsanal longer using Red Arrow anymore? Either sounds better than Speedy.) HeroGM
Some are newly made and some are from DC. The Child Minder has taken children out of time, only to be forgotten by everyone. Stargirl and Red Arrow (Oliver Queens sister (half- ?) go looking Dyna-Mite (Old Justice). Six issue series by Geoff Johns and Todd Nauck. They promise Young Justice Society later on, but who knows when. They do an intro spread of who is from where I can put up. Mixed with Teen Hero just gave me some ideas for a sidekick campaign.
