I didn't realize she was actually going to click on it though, and did, and even though it wasn't apparent, upon checking, it was indeed a fake-out, collecting her password. She's already changed the password, and her e-mail password has also been changed. She's also changed most other passwords if they were related to her email address or name or the same user ID as she had on ebay. I've checked all files on the computer from the last few hours, don't seem to see any trojan horses. The virus scan is running again, I ensured the DAT was fully updated. Any other thoughts? Never happened to me before nor her, and, frankly, I never thought it would. Wasn't really her fault exactly, though, bit of a long story I won't even bother to go into. Anyway, advice? I've had difficulty logining on all today, finally got on about 8 hours after I first tried (11am CST in Australia). I repeatedly tried again over the course of the next three hours, the only pages that fully loaded correctly being the Index page of the NGD. All others times out or only posted a couple of posts on that page then timed out. Just glad I fianlly got on today (about 5:45 pm CST Australia) after trying with little success inbetween when I first tried and when I actually go on.
