Cancer
Anyone assembling some retrospective that includes MC Hammer has, in that act, assigned themselves to the category "Entities Less Intelligent than the Empty Pickle Relish Jar", and their opinions on enumeration should be given the appropriate weight. Bazza
It is? I’m having trouble understanding it. Also it is news to me that there are still some who use the Julian calendar.
Lord Liaden
Many millions use the Julian calendar; somewhere between 300-350 million all told. Orthodox Christians, followers of a couple of other Christian sects, as well as many Berbers. Probably not coincidental that those are peoples and places over which Pope Gregory XIII held little sway.
Cancer
With it labelled as being for London I find the longitude 19 2 puzzling. 19 degrees west of London is way out in the Atlantic; 19 degrees east of London is almost as far as Warsaw. I think the chart is for the instant of the vernal equinox, 1585; 10 March is about the right date for that in the Julian calendar. I would need an ephemeris to check the coordinates of the Moon and Mars against the positions indicated for those in that piece of the chart.
