Definition of axiom: "a statement or proposition which is regarded as being established, accepted, or self-evidently true:" Mind you what is self evident for one person may not necessary be self evident to another person. Eg, Cancer or Pariah can easily make a physics or chemistry statement which for each other is "established, accepted, or self-evidently true".
