They don't grow on me for being close. ^^ Never handled kidneys. I've dissected a few sharks though, so I have had to deal with liver. One of our regulars would order a roast beef sammich, and then head over to the condiment bar and proceed to put a 1/4" thick layer of mayo on both sides of the bun.
