A Telekinetic Flyer who's Flight Manifests as a pair of Telekinetic Wing Constructs. (Think Songbird/Screaming Mimi from Marvel's Thunderbolts) Multipower; Telekinetic Wings 1. Winged Flight - Flight 20", x8 NCM, Restrainable (-1/2) 2. Power Dive - Gliding 30", x32 NCM, Restrainable (-1/2) 3.1. Wing Deflection - Missle Deflection vs All Ranged Attacks, [Capable of Protecting Someone close by?], Restrainable (-1/2) 3.2. Wing Deflection - Force Wall ? 3.3. Wing Deflection - Other ? 4. Wing Buffet/Smash - Hand to Hand Attack, Area Effect Radius (+1), Selective (+1/4), Restrainable (-1/2) 5. Wings - Extra Linbs (Wings) +20 STR, Doesn't Affect Figured Characteristics (+1/2) 6. Wing Gust of Dust/Block Vision - Flash, Only with appropriate Materials - Dust, Sand, Water/Rain/Liquid, Solid Eye Protection. 7. Dust Devils/Wind Gust/Cooling Fan - Change Environment/Suppress Fire 8. Catching Falling People/Objects, Holding People Back etc... - Telekinesis, Limited or No Range 9. - Presence Attack 10. Because the Wings are a Psychological Crutch for his Flight Ability. The Wings are always there. The do not disappear. At least that's my vision of them. How about a mental attack; because the wings are "a manifestation of the characters will" could a sufficiently high EGO attack roll "dispell" or "supress" them ? Forget the fact that they are made of energy, that's just SFX. They can be grabbed, entangled, etc. normally. If he doesn't take Inherent, they can still be drained/suppressed with drains and suppresses. Of course that applies to physical wings too. An EGO attack wouldn't do anything to them.
