Doctor Agenda
Re: Rockstar Remember, music is very competitive, you need high levels on your performance skills if you expect to make it big. 14- would not be too high, IMO.

shadowcat1313
Re: Rockstar hmm... having spent over 30 years working area concert venues, mostly in concessions, but I get to hear all kinds of great stories. self destructive lifestyle... substance abuse, burning the candle at both ends, any number of sadly too common possibilities here. followers: be they dedicated roadies or deadheads, or the bikers you mistakenly hired for security at a bargain. Unluck... accidents... your manager runs off with concert proceeds... again any number of possibilities, one of the band members gets left behind at a rest area or gas station then theres the urban legends about musicians having sold their soul to the devil, or somebody in the band bought a house in a really weird place, or that is haunted. shadowcat1313
Re: Rockstar or what if the new dance craze involved with your bands biggest hit has been mistaken by aliens/demons whatever for some bizzare summoning ritual? or maybe the dance craze is actually part of some plot to summon something? AnotherSkip
Re: Rockstar Those contract weirdness notes are in there for a reason. If the stadium operators cant be bothered to read and follow the contract they are signing they probably Won't bother to make certain of things like: making sure the stage can support all of the intruments and gear that is needed (thus bad things like a stage collapsing can occur) or that the ceiling supports are strong enough and some poor roadie falls to their death because the owner wasn't careful (Which of course the Media will blame on the Band and ot the owners...). Vondy
Re: Rockstar You don't need skill' date=' you need the right PR Firm.[/quote'] In the popular music scene your public relations firm and cosmetic surgeon may supplant talent, but in a lot of other musical genres you really do have to be top shelf to make it as a pro.
