Baron Striker (the one who summoned the demon) 2. Thug aka Harry (his right hand man) 3. Karen (Baron's daughter) 4. Kodiak (monk) 5. Barkeep (Nick) 6. Prostitute (Candy) 7. Martha (innkeeper's wife) 9. Paul (innkeeper) 9. Trent (innkeeper's 20 year old son) 10. Gambler (good friend of Striker) 11. Nicole (another prostitute) 12. Butch (another thug) 13 Sure Shot (the elf) 14 Crackle (mage to Striker) 15 Tareif (the thief) 16 Barney (barkeep frequent) 17 Page (Monk’s nephew and helper) 18 Charles, General Store owner 19 Marge, Wife of store owner 20 Blacksmith 21 ? 22 ? 23 ? 24 ? 25 ? Of course the PC's found their way to the town. There is no other wizard, alchemist, etc. The PC's have to get rid of the demon (of course). But the demon is disguised as one of the town folk. Trent could have a couple of younger siblings, and Charles and Marge could have a brood of their own. That would fill things out nicely. The reason there is no kids, is that the demon has been killing one person a year for years (until it got down to 25). The demon wants the town to populate so he can continue to kill.
