Lord Liaden
Re: 7 deadly sins For game purposes I think you need to define Sloth a little less traditionally, since the innate passivity of that particular Sin doesn't readily lend itself to the kind of conflicts that are central to the superhero genre. Along those lines, let me suggest the Dreamwitch for Sloth. She's hardly apathetic herself, but her most frequently used Powers involve putting other people to sleep. The trick with sloth is, that it's inaction causes the end of the world. What if sloth would be the most powerfull sin and the one thing that could stop all the others in a heartbeat - but it is simply to lazy to do it. Also someone who can feel emotion but does not care enough might be a good fit for the definition: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sloth_%28deadly_sin%29#Definition
Badger
Re: 7 deadly sins The same ways Franklyn stone would jsut be to greedy to share? Basically none of the sins should be able to work togehter. And frankly' date=' working togehter wasn't even part of the question. Just who would be the best fit for wich sin[/quote'] Well, I did mean it as a joke. (hence, the goofy smilie)

That makes me think that since I live in the American SOuth, we sometimes have a language all our own at times. (heck even I dont know what we are saying sometimes : ) Note: And despite knowing the correct way to pronounce the words whenever I read caveat in a book, I pronounced it in my mind as ka-veet. ANd paradigm, as para-diggum, for the longest time. I feel so dumb when I think of it, ha.
Alverant
Re: 7 deadly sins Gluttony doesn't just mean eating to excess. The idea is taking more than you need for the sake of having more. Gluttony is buying an H2 and using it to drive 10 miles to the office and home over flat streets. Gluttony is eating a dry aged $100 steak for lunch. Gluttony is swiping two samples at the grocery store when no one is looking when you have no intention of buying. Gluttony is like greed mixed with pride and some unnecessary consumption thrown in. Matt the Bruins
Re: 7 deadly sins Well, for Lust I decided to nominate the inseparable incestuous mystic twin villains, Eduard and Anais Vandaleur. I mean, they have "PS: Perverse Hedonism" and "KS: Vice World" on 14- right on their character sheets! Good call! If I remember correctly, their failed attempt to access the higher dimensions resulted in a lust-fueled frenzy that drove both of them insane.
