combat initiative sheet

There are Hero Designer exports that will display the SPEED & DEX of all characters entered.

However, the most user friendly and system neutral tool I have ever come across is the GameMastery Combat Pad.

I have an excel spreadsheet somewhere on my Hard Drive. I'll see if I can dig it out.

At one point I was working on a Filemaker Database that would keep track of dex and phase. It worked pretty well, but no home users own Filemaker Pro and Apple's home database Bento isn't robust enough to do what I was doing in Filemaker. I don't know enough C++ to build it as an executable.

Here's a simple Excel Spreadsheet for doing a Speed Chart. It's bog simple, no special stuff at all and it's completely editable. It opens fine in Open Office JIC you don't have Excel.

Here's an example of what I use: http://www.rp-artisans.org/downloads. It's the first file on the page, "Character Summary Sheet.xls."

The first tab is the Speed Chart. PCs are blue; NPCs are red. One thing I like about this format is if a character's effective DEX changes mid-game (due to Aid/Drain/etc), it's easy to cut-and-paste that row to its new spot in the order. Note: "Jack+" indicates Lightning Reflexes, while "Jack-" indicates base DEX.

The 2nd tab is summary stats for PCs (only 4 in this case) and goes into more detail on Skills and the like. The 3rd tab is NPCs, and in this case includes 4 "uniques" (top row) and 2 types of mooks. (Note: in the attacks table the "Atk" number is OCV + 11 for that power/maneuver.) These require some pasting from character sheets or HD exports to create, but I consider that time well spent. Enjoy.
