Re: Why are so many people upset that Cryptic is only using the Champions IP? Well, there's certainly a lot of interest in COMMO forums... and many of those people seem to be Champs old-timers and people that had stopped playing that are getting lured back in.

Re: What rule don't people know? Yes, but it doesn't take you an extra phase for other forms of movement. That's the surprising part... but it makes perfect sense within the system.

Re: What rule don't people know? Good one. I've recently discovered the rule for non-Combat Teleporting, basically: Takes an extra-phase to do it, and you are 0 OCV, and 1/2 DCV while you are getting ready to go. Makes perfect sense if you think about it...

(I've looked around in all the usual places for this one, so apologies if I've just missed it.) 1. Can Variable Advantage be used to add Adders to a power? 2. If not, can anything be used to alter/add Adders to a power in a way that is similar to the way that Variable Advantages allows a player to choose Advantages for a power? (I checked the Can Add/Remove Adders Advantage but (as you know) it only applies to Adjustment Powers.) Thanks!
