  5. Re: What would the character sheet for typical MMA competitor look like? That would work. I'd also include the Martial Escape maneuver to get out of grabs and joint locks. The most popular styles (or at least those that seem to work best for MMA) are Boxing, Jujutsu, Muay Thai, and Wrestling. There are a few karateka there, but not too many.
  6. Re: What would the character sheet for typical MMA competitor look like? Also include knowledge skills such as Tournament Rules, Dojo Etiquette, and other martial artists (both competitors and trainers). Since this is an average competitor, exclude Reputation (good or bad) for now. It can be gained through play, however, after several matches.

  14. Re: Dreams in the HERO House Not creepy, but a sad analogy, since I dreamed this the night my dog died. I dreamed I had a yellow kitten, who loved to play in the summer. He had a special nook where he would play with his toys. And he'd run to the back yard and play in the garden. One day he came out to play. But someone had built a fence around his nook, and he couldn't find his toys. He ran to the back yard, but he couldn't go outside, because it was raining. Winter had come. I played with my kitten for a little while, so he wouldn't be sad. And I remembered the other pets I had. I picked up my kitten and carried him for a while, because I knew I'd lose him eventually. Most of my pets were cats when I was a kid. The yellow kitten is probably a memory of one or more of them. The dog I lost recently made only one appearance in my dream, although he probably appears by proxy, such as another dog or even that kitten.
