  1. I have a character with a few compund powers. A HA/PD drain a HA/rPD drain and an EB/ED drain. My questions is. When constructing the power can I say what affects the target first or is there a rules saying what affects the target first (Drains or attacks)

GOLDRUSH version 1.0000001 I turned VPP into MP (had to lower some powers to 40 points and lower pool to 40 to have Mp cost less than VPP) I gave more PD/ED (only when moving) to help with those move throughs. I may reduce the bonus ED and move it to the added PD. For those who mentioned the character's characteristics. If you can give specifics that would help.   9. The reason for 2 Armors is that he has two absorbs and I think somewhere there is a no two absorbs can aid the same characteristic/power.
  10. Based on Description Based on the description you gave of hero form maybe add a small dex drain (vertigo) only vs targets looking at character for a turn or more. Personally I would like more info on the VPP. Is it basically creating an objext with abilities related to the object. example create a large hammer and give it EB or HA indirect?

    Just saw LXG and can't wait to see you guys create CHAMPIONS versions of the characters My take on the team NEMO: Inventor / Martial Artist HYDE: Multi-form brick SAWYER: SKilled Normal QUARTERMAINE: Skilled normal DORIAN GREY: Martial Artist (sword) with a healing factor that would put Wolverine to shame MINA HARKER: Scientist / Vampire ???Forgot the Name???: Invisible / Skilled normal OT: I had Dorian Grey as a character in a Western Hero game (the other players were a Quai Gan Cane like martial artist, A trickshot artist and an inventor so the Grey character was not too out there)
  14. GO by the effect you want. Teleport to where you can normally go. Effect = Stop time. Walk to where you want to go. Start time again. +DCV Effect = stop time, move out of the way, start time again. Have a man and woman standing at the bus stop change clothing. or clean up a room (Transform with variable effects) EFFECT = stop time. Swap clothing of the man or woman, SPend time cleaning the room. Read all the books on a shelf. (Speed Reading with Auto fire) Effect = Stop time and read the books. Hope that helps.
  15. I am working on a vampire and I am giving him an END Reserve I am calling BLOOD POOL. A few of his special abilities will run off of it. Recovery of tyhe BLOOD POOL will come from consuming blood. (Bagged or from a victim.) How do I represent this?

    I am working on an Automan character. I am asking for help on some stuff. 1) SHould I base everything on an END RESERVE 'when given enough power it can be made to FEEL real'. If I do, How big a reserve and what type of REC? 2) How do I do Cursor 3) List of abilities AUTOMAN has shown Thank you.

  22. It's not a rule for powers, it's a rule for gadgets and weapons, and the Seishinken certainly qualifies as a weapon. If a power (or set of powers) is bought as a focus (weapon) Then if the character has an exact duplicate of the weapon he can spend 5 points for a second one? A Blaster gauntlet MP for say 50 points (base and slots) then 5 points for a second gauntlet with the same everythinh? Or can it have a different SFX?
  23. Sorry But another thought I had was the flame character was shrouded in flame. He can lash out with a gold of flame doing 12D6 BUT Someone touches him (with same flame shroud and they only take 4D6. That I do not understand.
  24. Will these work the same? I have used Hero Designer to try to create a damage shield for a flaming character. Keeping it at 60 active points, the most I could do was 4D6 (A Villian can put my character in a choke hold and not have to worry much) This is what I gave my Brick character Brace for Impact : Killing Attack - Hand-To-Hand 1d6 (vs. PD), Damage Shield (+1/2), Reduced Endurance 0 END (+1/2), Continuous (+1) (45 Active Points); No STR Bonus (-1/2), Not vs. Targets that grab or are grabbed (-1/2), Not vs surprise attacks (-1/4) IT helps but when I tried to make an offensice DS. It was not worth it.
