Debating on making the next release a double issue just for fun. Double pack would be a better discription.

Coming out around the end of summer is a new project called Hero's Resource. Will be groups and organizations that heroes can turn to for some help. First issue will have to superhero teams that PCs can trust for some help. Here's the cover

If you mean, the VIPER supervillains... all of them. At least four dozen.

When I updated them in my last SIDs Report I went a bit middle ground. I used their original write-ups but did incorporate some into their background. For Diamond I gave two versions one old school and one changed into diamond form

One could make a summon or VPP linked to the Illusion. Cosmic VPP that could change based on the powers of the Illusion based villains

Well here’s my thoughts about use in Forgotten Enemies for the following characters:

Minuteman MK-V: Agents of GENOCIDE: I did my version in Villainy Codex I. With the write-up of IAH not available for FE

Sledge: Part of TF-1 in SIDs Report Series.

The Destroyers (Deathstroke): In 5E & 6E, with Cryptic owning rights would be problematic

Fire & Ice: As mentioned have a similar character in Villainy Codex II as part of the new Terror Inc.

The Geodesics: Going to be the next in the SIDs Report series. Dart, Orb, Ultraviolet, Diamond, Dark Claw (Black Claw) & Dr. Lirby Koo
    .
Pile Driver: Also part of TF-1 with new abilities and new name.

    Foxbat: In Villainy Codex III

    Planned:
Rainbow Archer, Frizbee, Wyvern: Coming in FE#2, The Buffalo, Demonfire, Stronghammer The Dwarf,

Others could be possible no promises:
(The Amazing) Darkon, Scatterbrain, The Green Knight, Dark Angel, Aerion, Spectra, Red Rapier, The Jabberrock, The Corruptors Of All,Cryotron, Gaussian,Sergeant Supreme, Bruiser,  Red Barron, The Engineer, Remover, Death Rider, Titaness, Hitsuatsu, Silhouette, Lionslayer, Kawaii, Night Shade, Mentalax, Dark Prowler/Scavenger/Blue Phantom, Citadel, Gemini,

    Groups:
Mass Reaction, World-Wide League Of Crime, PLUNDER, Psi-Kin (as long as not listed with PSI), Borealis, The Duchess & Duchess Industries Security Guard,

I updated the PDF. Its uploaded to RPGNow and sent it to Jason as well. I decided to go with:

He is Hideous: +10/+10d6 Striking Appearance (vs. all characters) (30 Active Points); Limited Power Only If Mask Is Removed or Knocked off (-), Limited Power Only To Cause Fear/Disgust (-)

tiger reacted to Steve Long in Growth
Assuming you are using the Size Templates from 6E1, then you can think of each level of Growth as adding one Template’s worth of size to whatever you start with. (Similarly, Shrinking subtracts one Template’s worth.) A dwarf or halfling is built with a Size Template that’s one level down from the default “Human” size, so one level of Growth would make him Human size, two levels of Growth would make him Large (up to twice Human size), and so on.

If you’re not using the 6E Size Templates, then it’s up to the GM to answer this question, based on how he wants larger and smaller than normal characters to be built in his campaign.

Future project line is Villainy Codex Adventures, small runs with groups or characters from the series. Improvements could be an option as well.

Thinking of something similar for the SIDs product line as well

    My idea for advancing IMP.

Mister Smiley: He needs a backup rail gun. And it is relitivly cheep (5 eps).

While I don't see him tossing explosions like his brother, I do see him using gas bombs which have a lesser version of his coup-de-grace poison. Put the gas inside a yellow orb with a smiley face on the side, and we can call them Smiley Balls. Try other emotions (like crying), and call them Emoji Balls.

Death Jester: A small gadget vvp would be nice.

Of course, his real calling is Stooge Fu. So, he has to study some Three Stooges shorts to enable him to...

Fist Game Stage 2: Hand-To-Hand Attack, Trigger (Preforming A Block And Wanting To Use This Attack), Restrainable, Hand-To-Hand Attack Limitation.

Curly's Circle Kick: Hand-To-Hand Attack, Area Effect (Radius), Extra Time (Full Phase), Limited Power (Automatically Prone, Needs To Spend Next Movement To Get Up), Hand-To-Hand Attack Limitation.

Jack-O'-Lantern: Some more pumpkin bombs. Increase his charges.

A 'Pumpkin Carver' knife might make for a cool secondary weapon. It also allows him to carve out a victim's lower chest like a pumpkin.

A few new bombs, like fire gel (continuous RKA) and hallucination gas (Mental Illusions, Based On Con, No Consous Control [No Choice On Illusion, Must Be Horrific To Target]).

Mad Hatter: I don't see how he could improve. Prehaps over time he could develop mental powers without his hat (exposing his brain to the device in his hat over time expanded his mind, but he is more powerful with the hat than without it). Prehaps as a backup weapon, give him a blade disguised as his "in this style" card in his hat.

Marionette: As a back up weapon, prehaps a razor sharp wire "puppet strings" to cut thoes who can not be controlled. Basically an invisible HKA with Stretching only with weapon.

Another thing would be spools of "puppet strings" she could throw which would wrap around the target (Entangle).

Ms. Synister: Her "powers" are limited to having her victims be at a special place if her choosing. But how does she get them there? And how does she deal with this targets who do not play 'fair' and go to place x to get killed?

Well, she'll send in the drone then. Shaped like a video game spaceship, it is basically a Multipower with indirect attacks, like a tranquilizer dart, bladed wing edges, and other surpises.

Fool: Sometimes you can't help but be in hand to hand combat. So, a sleeve blade for each arm, and some acrobatic turning can make Fool a real cut up at parties.

Popgun: A backup pair of pistols hidden in Dollar, just in case of disarment. A darringer gun hidden in his hat, used as a last resort. Finally, for those hard to kill targets, build a gattling gun built into Dollar.
