They are the characters that personify software packages that sing whatever you program them to. The video was produced with a freeware package specifically designed to make vocaloid videos, but has turned into a general use animation platform supported by a massive library of compatible models, assets and an after effects package comparable to Adobe AE. This was an entry in a biannual competition for video creators using this freeware)

Re: The Guardians Project - Lets build the original Champions Ray Greer plays Dove in an annual game at DunDraCon. I think Bruce played Marksman once, maybe twice and Glen used to play IceStar before his health issues prevented him from making the trip. Dove has minimal defenses, martial arts, awesome mobility and a ton of levels in turn mods and such. Specializes in move bys, or multiple move bys. Move throughs only in the most dire of emergencies, see the minimal defenses bit. I remember that Dove and IceStar had considerable levels in coordination rolls and tore though opponents at an incredible pace. I thought the powered armor suit was Force. I remember some stories about when KOed, Force's suit would lock itself into a standing position (kind of like an Oscar, but without a sword) and Goliath would use him as a club.
