I was thinking it was somthing like a 1/2 dcv concentration just to stand, and 0 dcv concentration to move about. I was also leaning twards the touch group wich the majority of you seem to concur with. I'm glad to belong to a board were eveyone has put some points into Flash Defence: Common Sence -

I figure This would mess any one up pretty bad as any one who has had an iner ear infection would attest. Would this be in Touch Group, Hearing Group, or Unique Group? What would be the effects? I figure this would be good for Gravtational, Subsonics, bioelectrical, or mental powers.

Re: Character Sheets I use Word also, Typed letters are so much easier to read plus you can chage the letter size and spacing to jam in as much info as you want.

Re: Magic and Skill Rolls IMHO I would say that he still has a 13- roll but has +2 psl to counter act minuses set to the spell, so a 10-20 pt spell will still be 13- and a 30 pt spell will be 12- and so on.

Re: Knockback for Area Effect Powers If it's an area affect one hex the charactor wiil most likely target the part of the hex he can see. Which is usually in front of the target charactor thus blowing him back away from the shooter. Unless he buys inderect.

Re: Fourth Age Hero If I remember my hobit corectly Dworven women were said to be very biutiful and always wore vales when above ground. As Bilbo was leving the lonly mountian they came out to sing goodby wich was considerd a singular honor.

Re: Twisted magic items Hart Braker: This buitifly crafted sword easly seeks hitting the hart of your opponent, but does no real phisical damage. It causes the target to fall totaly in love with the wielder, and vishisly jealous of any one that the wielder seems to pay any kind of attention to.
