I acknowledge the truth in what you say, but we have a combination of circumstance with which we are having difficulty dealing. We're still adjusting to my 20-something son moving out (he didn't quite eat 60% of everything prepared, but it seems like it at times), and then augmenting that is the diminished use of food due to my wife's illness. When the leftovers are molding in the refrigerator under their plastic wrap, there's a first-source problem that needs to be addressed.
