This probably means that I'll need to set my other PC to act as a recorder, or I'll just wait until the shows land on Netflix. I've been paying for the ad-free version of Hulu, and while there are other shows that I'll watch, it will mean that a good chunk of my weekly viewing is going away.

I came back from vacation last night to find that that the air conditioner had stopped blowing air sometime that day. The good news is that it's only expected to get up to about 94F today, and the A/C company should be out tomorrow to (hopefully) fix it.

The problem with power-gaming situations like these is that the results become so bloody boring. Why would I bother to watch a show where all of my favorites are killed off just to prove how powerful the villain is? What do you do for an encore?
