Warsaw Pact would include Russia, Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, East Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia etc but probabnly not the Russian satillites like Uzbekistan, Georgia and the Ukraine.

She possesses flight, a powerful energy blast and an aura of dread that can sap the courage of even the most valient and send them fleeing if she says 'Boo' (PRE drain). New group 'The Warsaw Pact'. Eastern Europeans of villainous intent.

She has tried to conquer or destroy her neighbours for a plethora of different reasons. Japan; for what it did to Korea during the 20th Century. China; for bringing Communism to her country and splitting it in tow. Burma; for the Drug trade. Cambodia; for the Khmer Rouge and the fear it could happen again. She has wealth from a source that has remained undiscovered to prying investigations and she uses proxies to do her bidding but Interpol etc know it is her, they just have not caught her yet. Faced with another exasperating defeat she looked to try something different and thus joined the Continental Conquerors.

Re: Create a Hero Theme Team! United States Marine Corpse. There already being an 'Old Soldier' and an 'Unknown Soldier' and even 'Marine', this undead soldier is a Revenant. Appearing nowadays in Vietnam fatigues (whatever the location in the world) and carrying an AK47 assault rifle, the USMC goes into certain death and out the other side. He is very protective of the poor common grunt and will negotiate with soldiers and the like before opening fire. He cannot or will not explain his purpose but helps The Guardians maintain the timeline. He did say that he has seen a world where the Nazis won but when asked to elaborate says 'Don't ask'. Several times those who can control the Undead have tried to control him but have failed utterly leading scholars and those in the know to conclude that he is not merely undead. He has said to the others and to other heroes, 'We cannot change the past and should not. We can alter the present for the common good'.

Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! The Commentator David Cryszinscki was always a jerk and a bit of a bully. He became a play by play announcer for a sports station and was notorious for his put downs on teams and their individual members. This made him more than a few enemies but he guaranteed rating because his opinions always drew heat. So when a storm hit a stadium where he was doing live commentary he was not exactly on the receiving end of a lot of sympathy when he was injured. However the storm gifted him with powers now making his barbs really lethal. Being a smart mouth he was unable to hide his powers but to the surprise of many he quit his job on amicable terms as he pointed out 'I would feel dreadful now if something happened to kids at an event or at home over something I said'. Although he did receive a good payoff he was greedy and looked for ways to exploit his powers. operating from the shadows he was able to provide support for others and thus came to the attention of the Decalthletes. David true to form irritated each and all of them but they kept him around until while drunk he all but sparked a riot and nearly killed a couple of them. David would not accept that it was his fault and then decided to bring them down. As the Commentator he believes he has the right weapons to destroy them and the right to. However he also sees that the others in the Vengeance League are entitled to revenge and if they help him, he'll help them.
