My friend decided to join Sir Terry on the morning of May 31 2022  - a master of trivia and avid hero games enthusiast.
TJack always liked stories and told some to his goddaughter two days ago. He then threatened to tell racy stories about the 14 year old’s mother “when you get to be 18”. 
 
TJack humored me. He had created Jack Flash who was Bill Maxwell rejuvenated by the little green guys and given Ralph Hinkley’s supersuit who promptly got lost in the multiverse while testing his powers. I suggested that since Bill Maxwell had lost his Black partner at the FBi and that Robert Culp played Kelly Robinson in I Spy that it would be a cute twist if Bill the FBI agent was a retired spy and that Alexander Scott was the deceased partner. 
 
I’ll be spinning tales of a kind man in his honor. Those who will miss his wit are welcome to do the same. My sympathies to those who will miss him.

Reminds me some of my current Discord D&D campaign. The power gamer is running a 10 year old celestial lost boy who just at level 13 learned common. The explorer is party leader who is playing a monk with a vow of silence. The chaotic is running a Kenku warlock. Our last session had the power gamer guest GM a snowball fight… A bit a comic relief after the black dragon attack…

All mine, and I rattled these off in about five minutes.      Pray for me.

The Batmobile raced thru the blackness.  It’s specially tuned headlights unseeable to outsiders, but from behind the matching windshield they illuminated the night. The silence inside the speeding car was only broken by the hum of the powerful motor and occasional reports from the Police broadcasts coming from the speakers.
  The young man in the passenger seat finally had to speak.  So did you have some specific plan in mind or is this just a stake-out and surveillance situation.  I mean I don’t mind putting in the work, but I do need to be back home before my Mother gets back from the lab.   She’s supposed to be there late tonight working on a test run or something and while being able to fly up to my bedroom window while invisible does help with the whole sneaking back in part...I DO need to be there if she opens my door to check on me. 

No she doesn’t.  Even though they’ve been separated for years my father’s being killed hit her hard. She’s torn as it is wanting to make sure I’m safe here in the city with her and needing to continue her work. I don’t think she could handle this “night job” of mine very well. 
   I love her and she trusts me and I feel like I’m betraying her by going behind her back like this. But I’ve been given this opportunity to do some good in the world. To be the kind of man my father was.  He gave his life in a shootout with a crew of human traffickers. He died so that those women and the ones who would have come after could be free.
  Now some aliens hand me this suit and suddenly I’m facing the same kind of choices he made.  He couldn’t be with the woman he loved because what he did scared her so much.  I can’t put her though that. But I can’t stop doing this either.  That’s why I want to learn everything you have to teach.  The better I can be, the longer I can go before she’ll know.

Aboard the Batboat, Batgirl says, "It isn't too bad out.  If necessary, I'll turn the Batboat into the Batsub."
 
Over the marine radio comes, "Gotham Harbor Lighthouse to Batboat.  I have you on visual.  Come on in.  Over."
 
"Figures," Batgirl says.  She picks up the microphone and says, "Batboat copies, Gotham Harbor Lighthouse.  Thank you.  Over."
 
"You're welcome, Batboat.  Gotham Harbor Lighthouse out."
 
"Batboat out."  She hangs up the microphone and adds to Lady Heart, "In high school, Sara and I surfed together."
 
(OCC: Gotham Point was a location in the 1966 Batman TV series episode Surf's Up! Joker's Under!  Although Barbara Gordon was at the beach there, nothing was said about her being a surfer.)

In the Spirit of Sly Flourish and the Lazy Dungeon Master I would suggest starting with the characters. Hunted/Monitored and Psychological Limits can seed half your sessions - this will also tell what the players expect. An Alien Invasion (JLA) Subterrestrial attack (FF) Demonic Invasion (NTT) Trickster God (Avengers) Superpower  Terrorist (X-men) Shadow War (BtVS) missing Hero team (New X-men) expansion of a Global Team (JLE) rescue of escaped alien captive from kidnapping (NTT) rescue of experimental subject (YJ) Base provided to heroes by Benefactor (NTT) heroes approached by Insurance company to protect insured customers (Northwind)
 
Run a session and see which direction the players go.
Think of three things that the heroes could do - five places they might go - three days interesting thing about it each location -  three groups on individuals they might meet - five pieces of information.

My Stepson’s stepbrother studied under Alton Brown’s teacher.
TJack and I were roommates for a time.
Before that there was a theory formed when TJack met my friends from Tokyo Paris and London who were on there way to a conference. But he tells it better 

I just realized if those are accurate descriptions of those power sets then somebody else already did the work for me. 
The Firebenders from Avatar: The Last Airbender and a character called Stone who was an associate of Stick (Daredevil’s martial arts master from the Frank Miller era.) had those powers and were both trained in esoteric martial arts. 
  Both were born with no powers. So I think they fit the criteria, if they don’t just let me know.  This is fun!

Complementary to a blue and white sky would be red orange and yellow colors with black trim. Is the character ground based or a flier?
