I asked my wife why she married me.

She said “Because you’re really funny.”

I said: “I  thought it was because I’m good in bed.”

    She said: “See? You’re hilarious.”

If you mean the villain who was a cyborg, i.e. half his body human, the other half robotic: Halfjack's first appearance was in Enemies II, a collection of villains for Champions Second Edition, published in IIRC 1982 or 1983. Halfjack was later updated for Fourth Edition in Classic Enemies from 1989, and again for Fifth Edition as a VIPER staff supervillain in VIPER: Coils Of The Serpent.

    This here is Ion.

This was drawn back in '93 on notebook paper. So, if a couple of the notepaper lines come through, sorry. The character would later become Firestone, once the truth behind his powers was revealed.

As always, your comments are appreciated.

    Enjoy.

No rep necessary... the archer is Kor Hunter... from The Circle and M.E.T.E. supplement... copyright 1983 so definitely an "earlier" supplement

Here's a pic I did for one of the characters who used to be a PC in my PBeM and is now an NPC until I can write him out. It's not the official pic because the Player doesn't even know I've been working on it.

Jeff gave me an exhaustive description. I hope I did his team justice. To those others that I have commissions to do for, I will be getting to them slowly and surely. Origins is eating up a bit of time due to prep. But I'll be taking sketches to do with me.

OKay, this is Sabre - My take on a Psionic Warrior in the modern age.

I basically photoshopped an image of Solidus snake, and added a helmet... Since I suck at drawing, I had to work with what I had.

Yeah, I think the Helmet looks out of place too...

Hopefully I can find a replacement in the future.

Here's a pic...Actually, I think I've posted it before on the NGD some time back, but what the hey, I just figured I'd post something.

Those of you from back in the day may remember him. It's Cryotron, from Enemies III (ACK!!!), I believe.

The reflection is of a player's character named Firestone, who's about to give ol' Cryotron a fist full of fire. Further in the back, it looks like another player's character, Bison, being fired upon by IIRC, Rainbow, also from Enemies III...but I could be wrong on that one.

Also, if anyone wants to critique the piece, please feel free. All opinions, good and bad are appreciated.

Not too bad. sleeping alot on the couch. So I go back to the couch after my earlier post, and get some nap time in. Jenn checks in on me before heading out to some work for a friend. I go back to sleep and barely after Jenn takes off, someone knocks on the door. It's open, so I attempt to ask who is it. Being that I'm breathing through my mouth exclusively based on the wads of gauze and blood stuffed into my nose, I barely manage it.
It's a solicitor for some roofing company (we have a brand new roof) and he won't go until he makes sure I see what he can do for me.
I get up, walk to the door, and tell him to go away. He practically runs. Sure enough, I had a nice trickle of dried blood around my mouth and throat again.

I was having my breakfast of coffee and cigarettes this morning when I heard a small voice. Looking over my patio railing, I see a 3 year old child walking towards me. His name is Cameron and he belongs to a ex-neighbor of mine, who now lives a couple of buildings away from me.

I ask him, "What are you doing out here?" All the while straining to see if his mother is close behind him. She's no where in sight.

"Coming to see you." He answered.

He has a 2 year old brother, so I asked, "Where is Lawrence?"

    "At home."

"And, where is your mother?" I asked.

    "At home asleep." He replied.

I lifted him over my patio railing and called his mother. There was no answer. I waited about 5 more minutes and called again, and again, no answer. I'm getting a little worried now, so I begin to get ready to take him over to where his mother lives. Suddenly, the maintenance guy drives by in his golf cart and stops, after seeing me and Cameron.

"Oh! You've found him." He says.

I told him that I was about to take him to his mother's apartment. Also, I added that I had been calling, but there was no answer. He then told me that Cameron's little brother had been seen wandering out around the pool area, and had to take him home as well. He added that their mother had been asleep.

Suddenly my phone rings, it's his mom. I tell her that he's with me and is fine. She rushes over to pick him up.

This little episode really makes me happy that I don't have children. Also, what was the mother doing asleep while her 2 and 3 year old are out roaming around?

I think someone has been having a little too much Fiesta lately.

    She later confirmed this.

I've come to conclude that "reputation" is only fun when you actually have some. Sitting at home, alone, unable to find work, feeling the energy being sucked out of your soul is bad enough. Seeing your name steadly slide down the scale on the reputation list only makes it worse... especially when you go out of your way to NOT be a post-padding munchkin and only say something when you feel you've got something useful to say. It is a very graphic reminder of just how little effect you have on the world around you - and that is something I do not need at this point in my life.

I really wish I could turn the stupid thing off....
