I've posted this before, but the basic idea is that this happens during a blizzard or at least heavy snow, so might work for Christmas time

Space Ghost was the series that really kicked the Saturday morning cartoon supers trend into high gear. The success of that show prompted the other two of the Big Three TV networks to contract H-B and others to develop their own series.
 
Many younger viewers only know the character from his later satirical pseudo talk show, and haven't experienced the coolness of his original adventures.

You're think of Wonder Dog, who was with Wendy and Marvin in the first Super Friends series.  Gleek was with The Wonder Twins in the second series.

We are in the Champions Universe.  Gotham City replaces Hudson City and is in Ocean County, just south of Toms River.

The 1966 TV series Batman showed Gotham City with a large harbor and in both Batman: The Animated Series and The New Batman Adventures, Gotham City is on a bay and has a lighthouse.

My guess is that Hound One is still alive because, despite of her being a mutant, her mother still loves her.

It was in the 3E book Atlas Unleashed.  I'm hoping someone might have fleshed it out from the description given.  We were given a swank hotel, a fine art museum, a power company, an overcrowded freeway system, a harbor, a bay, a factory-lined channel (which may lead from the harbor to the bay), an air force base outside of town, and a nearby NASA telemetry station.

I was unaware that a whole cat burglar cosplay scene existed, and if it doesn't and you just thought of it, excellent. Likely lots of domino masks would see use at a place such as this to facilitate eating and drinking. The individual who mentioned the ease of slipping wrist bands, especially among a crowd which might already see themselves if only in their imaginations as top-notch cat burglars might be able to easily foil that. 

That would be up to Mark, but I say it depends on the server. Some take their "kabuki stage ninja" outfits more seriously and keep quiet unless they have to talk. Others you just can't shut up.

The thing about the Light Finger Lady is akin to Milwaukee's own theam bar The Safehouse (which is a spy theam bar/restaurant). I'll put up a link to it when I can.

One of the more intresting things about the way the Light Finger Lady gives out free drink tokens. The servers usually reverse pick pocket them to the target. There is a sign somewhere which advises that the staff will use this skill to pass on information on specials and free drink tokens (usually given to drunks to say 'you had enough, but please come back').

On the walls of the Light Finger Lady are posters for various movie, television shows, and plays related with the thieving world. Also cover replicas of various books where the main character is a thief (Lupin, Fafure And The Grey Mouser, etc...).
 
There is also some mementos from GRAB members (and possibly from Carmen Santiago also).

The letters CSO on riverside flags warn of a period of Combined Sewage Overflow, when lots of rainwater overwhelms the region’s antiquated municipal sewer system, allowing untreated sewage to overflow into Pittsburgh’s rivers.
