Ok so my heroes also need names lol plus another villain

1: Ashley: hero powers:can turn into a half wolf or full wolf, has amber eyes, her human form is uncomfortable for her but she has to use it. Streetsmart. Not good with technology. Can get pretty angry

Mentally sound (thank god) 

Hates Avi (they fight eachother)

2: Ivan:hero: was in a bombing gon horribly wrong so is mostly mechanical and hides it with long pants, a hoodie and his hair. Pretty chill. Has a robotic heart, realist. Smart with tech. Not quite as good as Avi though. Slightly crazy but mostly mentally stable. Has one normal green eye then a robotic blue eye he covers with his hair. He is also missing a chunk of his face around his eye. He tells people he has a skin disease so he wont be questioned about what he's wearing and he does not get along with Aaron (they fight eachother)

3: Aaron: villain: con artist who can do hand to hand well and shoot with his bow and arrows (You dont want to be his target if he wants you dead)

Partly crazy partly Sane. He is the funny one and is the reason avi can work with knives, he got glasses from Avi that scan building for alarms and gives him background on his targets.

3. You could go there: Robin Hood.  He could keep up a pretext of heroism.  Other possible names given the archery theme could be:  Archer, Sagitarius (they're funny), Fletchet, Hunter (or Jaeger, or look up hunter or archer in any language), Tell, Ranger, Yeoman....

1. Gray. For her wolf form and play on Ashley. I also was thinking Feral, but all of your descriptions focus on people's sanity; that might imply the most sane of the group is the least stable. Depending on her level of self-deprecation/sense of humor, RBF (always by acronym)!
2. Metal Ivan You say he hides his mechanical nature, and nothing in your description indicates his shtick, so I have no suggestion.
3. Lock-On, in both the sense of his focus and his literal target

You can have Ivan think of himself as a modern-day knight errant, so his hero identity can be Cavalier. He can call his mechanical parts "armor."

 

Subtle clue as to his identity: Ivan is half-Asian. His last name is Ho.

A nice pun, but to most modern players, the reference to Ivanho, a book of classic literature about knights and Robin Hood might be waisted.

Or the GM can laugh secretly at the players' ignorance. But you can eventually work it into the game, where someone sees a hard copy of Ivanhoe.

For Ivan I was thinking of reusing the old villains name Hideous. Cause to me that is what the character thinks of himself or Reject.
