Chicago played the entirety of their second album, then played several of their hits (about 45 additional minutes' worth). They only played two songs from the David Foster era: "You're the Inspiration" and "Hard to Say I'm Sorry/Get Away". Other than that, it was all 70s stuff. Cancer, I think you would have approved. I missed seeing CCR in Hamburg by about a month (we left Germany at that time, and we were living "next door" in Bremerhaven) in 1971. Since then I have been in the wrong places, or way too busy (Centerfield came out in 1985, slightly more than a year before I finished grad school), to go see him.
