Another linguistic point if anyone's interested :rolleyes: : the name "Graf von Grausom" was originally described in VoD as translating to "Baron of Terror' date='" but that's not quite accurate. "Terror" in German is [i']shrecken[/i]; grausom or grausam is an adjective meaning "fierce" or "cruel," with the noun form being grausamkeit.

 

Also, a graf is higher in the feudal hierarchy than a baron, equivalent to a count. In fact you could translate Graf von Grausamkeit as "Count of Cruelty" and keep that classy alliteration. ;)

Graf von Grausam would be linguistical correct.But It would be better if you kept the von Grausom monicker, at least it would allow you claim that there is a small City of Grausom or so,especially since German Titles depend on Places.

The Baron of Terror could of course be a Nickname or so,but it is as unlikley as Graf von Grausam as a real Title (especially considering that the Nazis could not give away any real Titles).
