That turned out to not be the case, or at least to be in dispute. IIRC the other claimant is Dennis Malonee's comic company, Heroic Publishing, which also has rights to some of the other characters used in early Champions publications. Is it the FREd Mr. Freeze-like one (skin-tight parka, with ruffles around the waist) or the BBB skin-tight one where she's sliding on ice? And, without plagarizing, can someone summarize what her new background is? EU p110 - skin tight suit with fur at the ankles, waist, wrists and a cover on her shoulders with a fur lined hood. It's the same picture used for Icicle, Champions p202. edit: basic background: scientist mom's experiment goes wrong, gives Snowblind her ice/cold powers.
