薔薇語 Posted October 10, 2015 Report Share Posted October 10, 2015 I was wondering if anyone else would be interested in a Battle Breakdown Coverage writing challenge? The idea I have for the BBC is that anyone can choose one of the battles that occurred in a particular week of the arena and write up a story to describe what happened. Thus it would be a quick exercise in creative writing. But unlike the Superdraft challenges, you aren't choosing all the elements in the story, just explaining how an event unfolded. Then we can put those stories into a thread and allow the public to vote on them in the NGD. I know some of us used to do this on occasion in the last couple of seasons but this season has seen a loss of that entirely. Unlike previous seasons, this wouldn't have to be us doing a battle our team was involved in but just any of the 20 matches in a week. The winner of the vote would just get internet cookies and a sense of personal satisfaction. Anyone else interested in this idea? Foreign Orchid.
