  2. Greetings !! To follow an interesting developpment of the Moon Silver Character from Enforcer (thanks to him !), I'm pondering some powers that are thematically very strong. The ability to heal someone from any kind of drug addiction, both on physical and psychological level. How would you do that ? Are there rules that manage drugs effects somewhere (heroine, cocaine and so on ? ). I know it's kinda gloomy and dark, but something is happening to the character that might make her both more "tough" and more serious aswell.. Thanks in advance ! Opale, Protector of Mankind.

  9. Re: Mister Wicked, 6ed Version. Better to read with a story The combat stats are kinda high for a classical Champions setting imho, but I'm not good to balance characters, I admit it. Btw, Champions or Dark Champions ? Opale, that is the question.
  10. Re: Mister Wicked, 6ed Version. For a martial artist (I guess ?) his CSL and CV are pretty low (OCV 10 with martial art) but he strikes damn hard ! (17D6 with cane) and his abilities to escape a grab are kinda uneffective. Without a beginning of a background it's hard to say much about the concept, beside it's a killer vilain, which I don't like alot, except for villains with a story. He makes me think of a Black Paladin ersazt for the European side, without the dramatical background and a wicked way to be. Imho you could make it preety good and look fopr better Complication with a proper background. But I give you that it's difficult to come up with a Charismatic Villain. Conceptualizing Opale.

Re: Fear Absorption Power Well I see several effects, and now more clearer : - Absorption of Body effect of Presence Attacks based on Fear/Intimidation/Anger, that are turned into STUN or END - Aid powers when Fear/Anger is nearby - Drain powers when Fear/ Anger is around... At least it permitted me to dissociate Fear SFX from the technics and conceptualize it better ! Thanks to all ! Not so scared Opale.
  15. Re: Fear Absorption Power Fear/Anger of those near him. In Fact Fear/Anger generated by Presence Attacks or frightful effects, like emotion control powers. Why do I link Fear to Anger ? Because when one is under Fear effect he either react to it by a seeking safety or fighting his Fear with Rage/anger. And from my experience, most players argue they are not subjected to Fear because they become Frenetic or something like that. Opale
  16. Greetings ! I am blocking on something that seemed simple to imagine but not so much to create : how to create a Power Framework based on Fear/Anger Absorption ? I thought first using the Absorption power but against what ? PRE Attacks ? Should I count Bodies for Intimidation PRE Attacks ? and so what ? It seems the solution to me, but I'm very unsure.   18. Re: Silk Detective / The Dragon Interesting build. In our Octagon campaign we just have a player that wants to play a dragon. But it's a challenge to build it with less than 450 points... I'd add some Physical Complication like Enormous, and Limited Manipulation. Opale, loves big lizards with diamond chocker.

  20. Hello HEROphiles ! We had a game and a very specific question came into the game. One character has the Enerjutsu martial art, and uses the Legblast maneuver to Throw foes and hit them. But It has an Area of Effect Blast aswell. I wondered if when you use an Enerjutsu maneuver - or by extension any martial art maneuver - the effects apply to all attacks you use them with. For instance, would the 8d6 Area of Effect(16 m radius) attack, benefits the legblast effects, like it was a simple 12d6 Blast, making all foes hit by the attack to be Thrown. Would that work, and if so, would that need any kind of special roll attack or modifiers ? Thanks in advance Opale, Bruce Lee legacy

She know seeks out to know who her true parents are, with the clue her father might have been either a Trephar, a Cheyafarim or a mutant himself. But when she was back to Earth, she discovered her father had disappeared and left her with a legacy of considerable money and influence, as a Chairman of the Caproni-Forsythe Business, in Finance and Investment. Personality/Motivation: Angelina is a free spirit fighter and a born leader. She does her best to take charge of a group and make it work as a team to protect everyone life. Quote: Let's Fly ! Powers/Tactics: Angel's primary power is that of natural flight, due to her large feathered wings. Her wings have superhuman strength, and they have a very flexible skeletal structure that enables her to press them to the back of his torso and legs with only the slightest bulge visible under her clothing. Her bones are hollow, her body processes food more efficiently than a normal human body and does not store any excess fat, and she possesses a greater proportionate muscle mass than normal. As a result, her strength, speed, agility, endurance, reflexes, eyesight, and hearing are at their peak. Elements of her anatomy are comparable to those of birds. While she generally flies below the height of clouds, Angel can reach almost twice this height with little effort. At her absolute maximum, she can reach the highest recorded altitude of a bird in flight — about the height of Mount Everest — but she can only remain that high for a few minutes. Although flight is as natural a mode of transportation for Angel as for a bird, she can only fly nonstop under his own power for around half a day. She has undergone heavy training, especially in mastering her flight indoors. She has demonstrated superior agility, reflexes, coordination, and balance while flying, and has been shown defeating superbeings much faster than she is by dodging them and having them smash against the ground or a wall at full speed. Angel is also an accomplished hand-to-hand combatant, having defeated several of the werewolf-like homo superior whenmore tough characters are defeated.She is trained in hand-to-hand combat by the Trephar, a Race of Winged Aliens; while dating one of them, she receives a considerable amount of martial arts instruction.During her years on their board, she is given extensive training from FireWing, and when she once surprises FireWing after taking down some men, she says, "My father spoiled me with more than money." She also receives further instruction from other Galactic Gladiators during her days with the Trephars. Aside from her superhuman powers, Angelina is a highly capable businesswoman, and is the former chairman of the board and principal stockholder of Forsythe Investments.
