Re: How would you build Mr. Fantastic's or Plastic Man's movement? I have this idea of how to deal with stretching: stretching takes 1/2 a phase, but can happen while doing other things. You can move and stretch, you can punch and stretch. Unstretching takes no time but if your last 1/2 phase had you stretched, you are stretched until the beginning of your next phase. if you need to unstrecth RIGHT NOW, you need to abort to unstretch One could also buy a limitation that it takes 1/2 a phase to unstretch.

Re: Breakable vs. unbreakable Focus I'd have as it was with previous editions (as noted above) but allow Breakable Foci which are almost impossible to replace be +1/4 more Limitaion for Durable and +1/2 more Limitation if Fragile.

Re: Breakable vs. unbreakable Focus Im sure it states somewhere, that breakable foci whether broken or stolen (unless bought with further Limitations) can be replaced when returned to base or at least between adventures. Whereas unbreakable foci can't be.
