  4. Re: Answers & Questions Q: We've collected the remnants of the five barley loaves and two fishes. Where do you want it all? A: I am not taking your name in vain. I am taking it in utmost seriousness.
  5. Re: NGD Scenes from a Hat Stand outside the stadium saying "Curse You, Yankees! Curse You! Curse You!"
  6. Re: Answers & Questions Q: What happens when you blend Doctor Who and a quiz show? A: When I said "bring me some drumsticks", I meant drumsticks, not drumsticks!

  11. Re: Hero System Good Idea/Bad Idea... This of course assumes GURPS doesn't make your head explode. Actually, they only got through the Mage core before White Wolf pulled the plug on the GURPS conversions. (Why is something between the two companies; probably only those directly involved truly know). One of the settings that GURPS never got to was Wraith: the Oblivion, one of the great disasters of RPG history. You played a restless ghost who spends most of his time feeling awful, with limited interaction with the real world. It's sort of like an RPG about being in Hell or Limbo. It proved very unpopular and went almost completely unplayed.
  12. Re: Answers & Questions Q: How much for a decent pizza these days? A: They put a brassiere on the camel so that her humps wouldn't show.
  13. Re: How about anime Campaigns? Yes, emphasizing mecha as military weapons. You could run some flavors of Gundam in it with some work (Though Wing or 00 would be harder), but one of the features of the Gundam series is that there are mecha and then there are SUPER-MECHA which plow through regular mecha like a hot knife through butter.
  14. Re: NGD Scenes from a Hat Summer for Stalin WHAT? NT: Subtle signs that the voters for the Hall of Fame (your choice of Halls) are out of their collective minds.

  16. Re: Answers & Questions Q: What's the worst part of waking up with Socrates? A: This answer is true, but the question you just asked is false.
  17. Re: Answers & Questions Q: Did anyone get you those cheap electronics? A: You're off to see the Rhino. The Wonderful Rhino of Laws.
  18. Re: Hero System Good Idea/Bad Idea... I don't know. Rozen Maiden (a manga and anime about animated dolls playing a deadly game) sounds like good campaign fodder to me.
  19. Re: NGD Scenes from a Hat Getting vicarious pleasure from you-know-what. NT: Unexpected uses of the euphemism you-know-what.
  20. Re: NGD Scenes from a Hat "With a little work, I can turn this broken-down couch into a flying -- er, couch!" NT: Signs that the local superhero really doesn't have a clue what's going on.
  21. Re: Answers & Questions Q: Why should we be fleeing the world's largest chefbot now that it's out of control? A: This is a good time to invest in agriculture.
