Fictional characters who would be bad to play Risk with.

Father (Fullmetal Alchemist)  "What is up with his pattern of attacking neighboring countries, and why does he ask-is it time for the eclipse?-after every turn

Palpatine "I don't get it, he insisted on being 2 players, and he keeps attacking each other."

Aizen (Bleach)  "What the ****, happened?  I was on the verge of winning.  then I looked down and the board is set up completely different, 2 seconds later, like I was in a ****ing illusion"

Lelouche (Code Geass)  "One minute I was looking at him, then it is like I blacked out and made a series of horrific moves"

Chewbacca:  "Yes, I finally won....hey, let go of my arm!!!"

    Turbo Rex

Near the end of the dinosaur era, there was a volcano eruption that made Pompeii look like a boyscout bonfire.  Many dinosaurs were caught in it.  Including a particular group of T-rex.  The one that would become known as Turbo Rex was one of these.  While out on the hunt, the heated cloud of explosion was coming.  The still growing Turbo Rex, made a futile attempt to run from it, he didn't make it far before it consumed him and all the other dinos in the area.

Enter a few years ago, where a paleontogical survey was going on.  They dug him up, somehow intact.  Within moments, he awoke from some kind of "hibernation".  He went on a rampage like any rambunctious, half-grown T-rex might do.  Interestingly, it was soon discovered this dinosaur had superspeed.

Eventually, he sensed others of his kind (the others' of the Revenant team) and he "joined" up as an odd sort of team pet.  Even though he wasn't fully grown at the time of the accident, being a revenant of sorts, he no longer grows.  He is actually faster than Vesta, thhe is the fastest of the group, but T-rex's (even the wee ones) don't exactly stop on a dime.   Hilarious collateral damage ensues.  He may have become smarter since the accident, but since we are talking a dinosaur, it is more the intellect of a puppy (which is appropriate being the team pet, he usually obeys what orders are given him.

Note: Bet you didn't see me going back that far.

    Khmaoch nei prei

(ghost of the forest according to the English to Cambodian translator) was an intellectual the fell victim to Khmer Rouge execution.   He was hacked to death. it is rather unknown how he came back together, but he generally can wear clothes to cover most of the scars if he so desires.  He tends to help with the team strategy, and his main power he gained upon his return was a teleport.  Which he used for a awhile to hunt down former Khmer Rouge to torture to death.

Edit: While he can cover of most of the scars from being hacked apart, he does like leaving some exposed for intimidation purposes.  Particularly his neck.

One thing, I was thinking of:  With dream interpretation, I don't think it is a one size fits all.

I heard one time apocalyptic. end of the world type dreams are about anxiety.  But, when I look back, some (but by no means all) dreams that I have like that don't really work that way.  I'd say in particular fall of society dreams make me feel somewhat refreshed and free.  I theorize that might be due to my occasional misanthropic tendencies.  (or maybe because I get to be the bad@$$  rebel or renegade leader guy in some cases in those dreams)

    oh well, an idea.

Maybe.  I am cynical in general, and especially towards politicians.  And it probably doesn't help having to see twice in my 30 minute break at work that sappy commercial of how Clinton cares about women and children.

I know you have to in politics and all, but I've always been told that those who make such a big deal of their good works are more than likely doing it for "me" rather than for "them".   I cant help but have cynic-o-meter hit danger level on it all.

Given the direction of things, I believe I better bow out myself.  No offense, since I do know you have a lot to handle with this, Simon, but it is getting a little too sensitive for me.

In the not too distant future,
    Super Tuesday A.D.
There was a guy named Joel,
Not too different from you or me.

    He worked at Gizmonic institute,
Just another face in a red jumpsuit.
He did a good job cleaning up the place,
But his bosses didn't like him so they made him watch the Presidential Race.

    (ARRRRRRGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

    The parties selected wretched candidates,
The worst they could find (la, la, la)
He'll have to sit and watch the debates,
And they'll monitor his mind (la, la, la)

Now keep in mind Joel can't control
Where the debates begin or end.
Because he used those special parts,
    To make his robot friends.

    Robot Roll Call (Let's Go!)

    Cambot (Pan Left!)
    Gypsy (Hi Girls!)
    Tom Servo (Hi Tall Guy!)
    Crooooooow (I'm The Wisecracker!)

If you're wondering who would elect these dolts,
Or other political facts (la, la, la)
Then repeat to yourself it's U.S. politics,
    The standards are kinda lax.

Instead of defusing a situation, you escalated it. Soar took offense, then you upped the ante by throwing harsh language back. Then again by sticking him in the moderation queue.

A while back I was banned for three months from NGD for simply pointing out that someone in another political thread was painting a group with a broad brush. You insisted in PMs that I was insulting the person.

    But this is OK?

I think you let your anger get the better of you here.

I think I got an idea of twins (you can count as one or 2)

Kuro and Shiro are twins.  Like most twins, they are very close.  And like most supertwins they have a mindlink.   But their styles cant be more different.

Kuro-is a darkness/shadow specialist.  Able to manipulate shadows into terrifying creatures, and some ability to suck things into a pocket dimension of things surrounded on all sides by a shadow

Shiro-is a light user.  Able to blind opponents with flashes, and able to project "blast of light"

Note: Did I get the names for which one right?  Otherwise, I can switch the names.
