  1. Sounds a little like an entity level version of Requiem. . . Either that, or upper-end beings don't mind poaching on the souls purchased by lesser beings. . .
  2. Considering that the writer who created it was Grant Morrison, and the writer who has most often used it as a plot element is Geoff Johns, it ain't getting retconned as a "stupid" development anytime soon.
  3. The closest I could come is if the first Microman was a magician and artificer, who, when he became too old to adventure, creating a sentient golem with many of his classic shrinking magics.
  4. Microman II would only exist if his creator both survived the holocaust and managed to retain/recreate some fairly high levels of technological sophistication. IOW, if I exist, then there is an ubertech enclave in the setting.
  5. Um, its an explicit power. Yeah, where he got it hasn't been explained, but it has been an explicit plot element twice, to date.
  6. The T-Bolt should also have enough defenses of all kinds to make it more or less immune to attack by anything less than a critter with an equally big VPP. . . or very specialized attacks.
  7. Microman II- His only DNPC is his "father," Daniel Collins, the first Microman.
  8. I'd probably go with a very specific, very powerful summons for the Thunderbolt. Given the point conversion rate for summons, even with Johnny Thunderbolt being Fanatically Loyal ( and he probably isn't ), JJ wouldn't be *too* expensive, mainly since he is mostly lacking in ability aside from the summon ( and maybe some Luck ).
  9. That, and she's got the equivalent of a *very* nasty NND Does Body Megascale RKA, though its less useful against the JLA than many teams.
  10. Sure he does. 6 points each of Combat Luck.
  11. According to the book, 25 Str = 800 kilograms, 2.2 pounds per kilogram, = 2000 pounds.
  12. Actually, to lift a ton, all you need is Str 25 ( no pushing ).
  13. Who needs fiction to make *them* into villains. . .
  14. Of course, if you are playing a low-level vigilantes campaign, you have to deal with the fact that Teleios is a really frickin' good martial artist with ludicrous stats, and any number of biotech tricks on him.
  15. Um, DD *didn't* take OIF on his armor. Neither did Tak on either his scepter or crown.
  16. Microman: Go back to "Dad's" lab, get him to fix it.
  17. . . .how many of the New Sentinels have Codes vs Killing?? Microman, Starguard, anybody else??
  18. Yeah, the Elite storyline was one big strawman. An actual crossover with the Ellis Authority would have been much better. Just having Superman and Jenny Sparks in the same room for a while would be worth it. Here's hoping the Black Reign JSA storyline is successful. . .
  19. Well, if you were essentially redesigning Cap from the ground up for a Champions campaign, giving him 30s in at least some physical scores wouldn't be inappropriate ( *not* Body, IMHO ). However, if you are trying to convert the actually comic Cap, I just don't think most of his physical scores are that high.
  20. Well, Vaguard was a Captain Marvel analogue, as far as I can tell. There's certainly room for a Superman analogue, but personally, I'd find it neat for him to post date Detroit.
  21. There's Marus, Prince of Atlantis, but he may be as much Namor as Aquaman, maybe more.
  22. Re: Someone has done it: The Captain America Thread I'd keep towards the lower end for the physical characteristics, but the upper end for the mental ones. Speed 7. PD/ED of only 8-9, but he'd also have combat luck anyway.
