Doug Marrone makes sense. What I can't figure out is Freddie Kitchens. Specifically, why is Freddie Kitchens the head coach in the first place? Gregg Williams had that team playing like an actual NFL franchise the last half of last season. Why not keep him as the head coach?

Apparently, he also fined Dante Fowler a whopping $700,000 for missing 'mandatory' off-season treatment which wasn't actually mandatory.

Found an interesting band. It's the surviving remnants of Ronnie James Dio's original Solo Line up, they started doing Dio Tribute/Covers in 2012 with a new singer. Then, like the touring Thin Lizzy band before them (or around the same time) they decided to head to the studio and record new material, changing their name to "The Last in Line." 
 
They're good. Not just because they're reminiscent of Dio. They tried to keep his spirit in their song writing.

The big story around here is that Utah could actually make the college football playoffs. Next week's results will be telling.
 
For Utah to get in, I think they need to beat Oregon and hope the Baylor beats Oklahoma. If Utah loses or Oklahoma wins, they're out.
 
If they don't make the playoff? Beat Oregon, go directly to the Rose Bowl. Lose to Oregon, and probably end up in the Alamo Bowl, or if the football gods are capricious, maybe the Holiday Bowl.
 
It's worth noting that Utah has already been to a New Year's Six/BC$ game on two previous occasions, both while a member of the Mountain West Conference.
