I think one of the best location ideas is from Urusai Yatsura is the school where just about everything seems to happen (all because of Ataru's massive unluck).  Spirits, aliens, magic, tech, etc.  Of course, that might be a bit too zany for some games/players.

"Fox Brat" clames to be a teenage cross gendered clone of Foxbat. She sees herself as a sort of princess, has her own modified pingpong ball gun, and a supervillain disguise of a tacky prom dress, a Foxbat style mask with areas to expose her hair, and a belt holster for her gun. She is a bratty princess. A weird bratty princess.

Tailsman has 'adopted' a talented teenage girl from a magical dimension which caught her eye. She has some knowledge of darkness, fire, lighting, and ice spells, and Tailsman plans on teaching her more. She has taken the name Darkwalk, explaining that it fits her current situation perfectly (as she describes herself as a "Walker On The Path of Darkness").

Created by Telos is Malachite. Malachite is a teenage clone of Telos, created as an experment and to quell his curiosity about what the 'perfect spawn' would be like. Malachite enjoys experimenting with evolution and genetic changing. Malachite even experiments with itself. He has been male and female at different times in the recent past, and has even made himself become humanoid animals. He also robs banks, cause Science! can't fund itself after all.

I kinda like Tenderheart and see her as a sort of Catwoman type person. Sure, her targets are things related to romance and whatever superhero she is crushing on at the time.

In case you need a refresher, Tenderheart is the transgender Dark Champions fencer villain.

I see Princess as pansexual myself. Whoever can protect her from whatever giant ape and supervillains and their henchmen and the constant tying her to train tracks she'll take (along with all the attention it brings). And scorn her, and all the superheroes secrets are scattered to the four winds.

The fourth member of the Psi-Kin (all family, hence the name) with the multiple telekinetic "arms" is called Crimson. The whole group is in Enemies: Villainy Unbound for 3E Champs.

Sounds like the Psi-Kin. Indigo was the leader, who had true psionic powers. Emerald has a telekinetic shield, Alabaster telekineticlly manipulates cells, there is a guy with multiple telekinetic arms, and maybe one more.

Many of us can remember playing 1st edition. Me? I still fondly remember the BBB. One book which can stop a bullet, AND was always an enjoyable read. I miss the Advantages and Limitations charts. You know, where you can find how much real points stuff is by finding the based cost and maximum advantages/limitations on something.

Another thing about the Wiki. A potential GM should be able to take things he likes from the Wiki without needing to use everything in the Wiki. Some GMs are looking for street level goons. Others are looking for Darkseid level terrors. The Wiki should be able to supply and support the entire spectrum.

Hi. This thread is for working any type of characters for the wiki project. Actual writups are discouraged (as that is what the upcoming wiki is for). This is for development and feedback and ideal bouncing.

The reason I say we build in 6e is that it is the newest edition. We can totally have earlier conversions. I imagine the default character sheet appears in 6e form and then there are tabs that show you the other edition versions. The Forgotten Realms wiki is like that:

i.e. If you love your edition so much, why don't you marry it?

Generally put, the world of the Wiki must...

...be able to support any origin at all.

...be able to support any power source at all.

...shouldn't be full of already established comic superheroes and supervillains with the serial number filed off. A small number of them is ok. Just not every single character.

What can I say but I'm happy about this project.

And if hosting this project here becomes problematic, we can always make an Amino for it. Call it Champions Wiki Amino or something like that.

The campaign wiki project is moving along even better than I had hoped. I spoke to Jason and he is considering hosting the wiki at herogames.com. He made no promises, and he never said that he would, but my spirits are buoyed that he's looking at the idea.

Right off the bat, I want to reiterate that this is not some private little club: literally anyone reading this sentence will have the right/authority to edit the wiki. You don't need to ask for permission. It's just something all of us are doing, whether you're at 9,000 posts or 2 posts.

I address the "character art" dilemma near the end of this post.

IndianaJoe3 hosted a poll called "When did superpowers occur?" in order to determine the history of superpowers in the campaign. I apologize if I am overstepping, but I believe Scott Ruggels summed it up nicely:

With regards to character art: I have made contact with the guy who developed the Fabrica de Herois. He hasn't answered me directly on whether we can use the images in a print version. But...I feel like he shouldn't have to answer us. My position is this: We can totally use the images in the wiki itself. If we decide to publish something connected to the wiki, I believe we should hire an artist or artists to draw a new version, and not include the Fabrica images at all. (Hiring artists could be funded through Kickstarter etc.) The reason I say this is, I feel like that's what--reading between the lines--the Fabrica guy has been telling me: the Fabrica software is to design heroes, but is not meant to replace artists. And trust me, it's a long story, but I have worked with artists many times and having the character already designed in Fabrica will make those interactions a million times more pleasurable for everyone!

    Thoughts? Ideas?

I am taking the position of Speaker-For-The-Wiki. If anyone feels I am wrong, just say so. I want the wiki to move forward. I feel my role is to make sure everything is going smoothly and that there is as much consensus as possible.

I chosen the ancient option, cause I love truth in myths and stories. Also, demons, very old ones, etc.

What can be more "Punisher Light" then "mercy bullets", bullets with a wax tip filled with sleepy juice. They do body damage, but are not as lethal as full bullets.

    Blame Marvel for that.

    Taser gun.

Gas grenades (spewing sleep gas or irritation gas)

My Belladonna character was conceived carring a dart pistol shooting wooden slivers coated with a plant based sleep toxin (Basically Mind Control, Based On CON, NND [Immune to poison, does not sleep at all, resistant armor all over], one command ["go to sleep"]). It doesn't take more than 4 to 6 dice, cause your only targeting normal with it anyways.
