Which is why, when I was fairly heavily into airsoft, our group was pretty militant about having members follow transportation rules for real steel firearms--in a case, preferably locked, unless you were indoors at home or on the field. We made it very clear that waving a real-looking gun around in public was likely to result in a real gunfight with real cops, and deservedly so.
 
Unfortunately the police mindset, at best, seems to be that any held object looks like a gun, and any movement of the hands looks like "reaching for the waistband". At worst, cops are killing with impunity and trotting these excuses out as a matter of routine to deflect discipline.

It's common for the local press to be unable or unwilling to report on government corruption and abuse in third world countries.

One of the best things about the internet is that it can answer all those questions from way before it was a thing.  What was that one video game I saw that one time?  Oh, here it is on the internet arcade.  Who was that actress I saw in that show?  Oh, that's who it was.  Whatever happened to that other actor?  Oh, that's interesting.  Seriously there's all these annoying questions I've carried around for years, and now three minutes of googling and they're answered.

Yup. The Spacex launch did too, although thirty-foot seas prevented a barge landing attempt. They did guide the booster to a soft vertical landing within ten meters of an imaginary target in the water though, so that's promising.

You should get your drinking problem looked at then.
