This is one of those old school GM things you can do. Instead of trying to do the perfect build, just work with the GM and assume that small is her default form, so if she's knocked out, that's what she becomes. You'd need to buy it to 0 END Cost, but other than that, it should work fine. After all, there's nothing in the rules that assumes that you be one or the other size, it just assumes you pay END For one and not the other. If you feel you have to have some sort of rules/legal structure, buy "inherent" on her shrinking power and treat that as a way of making it default, like how being normal sized is inherent for a human being.

OK I have uploaded the Champions Begins project to the Downloads section of this website. There's still a lot of work to do, primarily art, maps, and coloring, but I wanted to give people a look at the thing as it now stands. The current format and layout is probably how it will go. Because of the art, its a fairly large download for an adventure. Please, if you want to help out, do so soon. If you want to playtest, please do. Remember, this is going to be FREE FOR EVERYONE because it is meant to be a promotional product and aid for people to learn to play Champions. I'm glad its doing well but it just seems like few people are talking about it.

It is interesting to me that the Superman and Lois Lane movie is getting a lot of positive fan support but its not being paid much attention either. I really don't like CW's teen soap opera version of comic book stories but I hear they are doing a good job portraying both main characters

Is that what Loki is doing? Telling the story of one event from multiple perspectives?

They aren't pleasant for people who like to follow a story and understand what is going on, either.

Rapid Recovery The damage from this attack heals more quickly than normal. If the damage from an attack automatically gains a recovery each phase regardless of the character’s actions, it is a -¼ limitation. The wound heals a “free recovery” on every phase with this limitation. For -½ the wound heals every segment as “free recovery”

I hope they wouldn't but it seems like nobody cares what entertainment companies swallow up. They worry about other industry sectors, but seem to shrug if Big Film swallows Big Toy.

Accidental Change: into a 15d6 KA explosion. GM controls the circumstances. Literally he multiformed into a normal person with an always on 15d6KA explosion AE, with no personal immunity. He was a bomb. Had a player hand me a character with that as a disad in a one-shot I did at a game shop. It was hilarious and actually fit the scenario really well. He nuked an alien invasion base.

This is just a house rule I have long used, but I find it much more closely represents real life. If I walk into an open cupboard door I didn't see, I don't wake up on the floor, I just am stunned more easily. Of course, I've never been actually knocked out so I can't say what that's like or how it compares, but this seems to fit better my experiences: Instead of dealing x2 STN damage, surprise attacks half CON for purposes of being stunned

N-Ray blocked by solid objects sounds ridiculous but it lets you see in total darkness and spot any illusions or images.

And they could do so again, following that kind of pattern and concept. Batman should be a detective, not a martial artist with a plan. "World's Greatest Detective" and all that. That animated series is the best thing that has ever been put on screen for Batman. They got the character right, they understood the setting.

I think they should stop making Batman movies and do a TV show of him doing low end detective street work.

I think "Loki being beat up" is the gag line for the entire show. Ha ha look at how he gets beaten up and is weak

Well, the way I see it, the power works the same as other Change Environment stuff. You can change the temperature level or wind level; just in a very immediate area unless you buy area effect. I was thinking with the KB increaser on change environment it works like an ice sheet or oil slick

Change Environment: You can buy a “minor environmental effect” ability like light a fire, heat water, melt ice, freeze water, boil water, create light, create smoke puff, etc. This costs 2 points for each minor environmental effect. Change Environment can also be used to increased knockback taken at 2 points per +1m of kb.

Other than the stillsuits with no hood and the weirding modules, everything looked and acted pretty much how I expected it to from reading the books. Oh, and that silly scene where the slow bullet pierced the shielding.

Lynch's Dune looked amazing, that part they got really right. The SciFi Channel miniseries did a better job with the story but didn't look right at all. Combine them and you have a decent movie.

I like the klepto little sister angle, makes for good storylines and ideas.

Its a simplified way of saying "you cannot make any other attacks while the Seeker is in effect" kind of like a constant attack without uncontrolled on it. Like DOT, normally Seeker can be put on someone, and then forgotten.
