  6. Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! I learnt my trade from Trapmaster. You see killing heroes just upsets all of them. So what you do is non lethal traps to knock them out. If they then can't make it in time well they blame themselves. Most of the time you don't need to study foes you can just rig things to catch them. Laser cages or grids for flyers, pit traps for bricks, unsafe floors, the works. Sonics at various frequencies stop people communicating. And if you ever seen that show on TV based in Argentina where they have to get through an assault course which has boxing hands coming out unexpectadly to hit you, well they stole that idea from me. Not that I mind. They call me Rigger

  15. Re: What Have You Watched Recently? Red Sun. A Western starring Charles Bronson, Toshiro Mifune, Ursula Andress and Alain Delon. Delon and Bronson rob the train that the Japanese ambassador is on and steal a sword meant for the President. Delon then double crosses Bronson and sets off with the loot. The Ambassador sends Mifune and Bronson to get the sword. Really quite good. Chato's Land. Bronson is a half breed Apache who kills a racist Sheriff. A posse sets off after him and ends up fighting him on his ground. Jack Palance, Ralph (Pa Walton), James Whitmore and Richard Baseheart are are all recognisable faces in the posse.

  20. Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! Here comes No 5. Alberto Contini was born and grew up in Naples the home of the Camorra, Naples version of the Mafia. He was not a good student but not a bad one. He saw how easy the Mob made money and also what happened to those who disappointed or upset the wrong people. Death. He refused recruitment on the grounds of what he had seen, the gunning down of people and then the death of the gunmen. So the Camorra wrote him off. Sure they kept an eye on him but he seemed mediocore. Alberto was different. He had ambition. He saw what Italians had done in the past like Michalangelo, like Galileo. To be a renaisance man required talent or riches neither of which he possessed. But in his late teens Alberto got superpowers. And then the fun started. He stole from the Mob and left the what he stole with another mobster. Guns and money were one thing but the violence came when Alberto stole something personal to several mobsters and left them with their opponents. In the vitriol and carnage that followed, Alberto left Naples for the North. The Camorra did not miss some of the cash as the police descended upon its ranks. Slowly and carefully Alberto became a burglar of renown and experience, the notorious La Gazza Ladra, the Thieving Magpie. He also began to cultivate a better persona for himself and learned to speak English, French and Spanish. He also expanded his targets from the Rome area to Turin and Milan and thence into Switzerland, France and Spain. Interpol started getting interested in him so he decided to leave Italy and Europe for a while. As he reached Canada he was given an invitation to the Cream of Thieves. And he has not looked back since.
  21. Re: "Neat" Pictures Don't make me start up B.O.T. (Bazza on Toast......)
  22. Re: Create a Hero Theme Team! He's a master of disguise and yet in his vigilante persona he is instanty recognisable ! And the villains when they see him leap into each other's arms in fear ! More deductive than Sherlock Holmes ! More scientific than the cast of CSI ! Is it the Batman ? Is it Question ? NO ! It's Oddhat ! With a mixture of derring do, implausible thought processes and an indefatigble belief in good comes the first hero of the 3rd Millennium ! Oddhat . Pummelling the baddies into a pulp in a street near you.
