    My depression's been flaring up these past couple months and I'm worried about upping my dosage on my meds (which HAS been working -- don't get me wrong). It's just that haunting fear of needing to up it -- and then what happens if that also starts to eventually plateau off. I'm seeing my shrink this coming week, but it's gonna be a rough December anyways with shows and family obligations.

    I'm terrified of developing dementia/Alzheimers. My grandmother suffered from it when I was just a child -- and watching her deteriorate while both my grandfather AND father turned their backs on her just was heartbreaking.
