After watching some of the games this weekend (Philly comes to mind, but there are others) I think most QBs wish list would include receivers who the ball hits in their hands that can actually catch the ball. I know their offense didnt look great, but Hurts went out of his way in off season to improve his passing and I can think of multiple times in that game that if the receiver/tightend/RB would have just caught the ball that hit them in the hands instead of thinking about what they were going to do after catching it, I think the game would have been closer. Even Kelce, considered one of the top receiving tight ends in football, seems to have developed dropitis.

I refer too my comment on the biggest problems with DC's "reboots". Not just trying to restart but trying to keep the history of each character too. Seriously, if they would either do the legacy thing OR clean slate reboot, would be so much better. Just saw Aquaman, I liked it and thought as good as first. Loved the homage to Mos Eisley and Jabba. Not a fan of the casting of Shin, or at least the portrayal.

As far as making money goes, I think that we can't underestimate the "It's going to be on my streaming in 6 weeks" crowd. I know quite a few people who have this attitude.

The problem with Black Adam, and I actually was fine with the movie and enjoyed the JS as you did, is that Adam isn't a hero. He is Doom, effectively, in the DC universe, which this movie was sort of setting up. He is a master villain who is a leader of a country, and therefore has a certain amount of immunity.

On a more humorous bent, I enjoy the Dan Shamble series of books by Kevin J. Anderson. Noir style PI detective returned as a Zombie after someone messed with the Necronomicon and brought back all the mythological creatures.

Something DC has tried to do for YEARs, even introducing the legacy hero as a sidekick, then deciding over and over to return to the original. Then reboot, but because "reasons" not only keep the original BUT any and all legacies - the various Robins, Kid Flashes, etc.)

Saw Wonka today. I enjoyed it. Was the Gene Wilder Wonka, younger, meets Annie and was fun and whimsical in front of a Londonish type of town. For those who liked Wilder's version, it is recommended, if you preferred Depp's, probably not for you.

ReWatching Winter Soldier and never payed attention before, but the pictures next Peggy's bed when Steve visits do not have her husband in them, just son and daughter. Foreshadowing of the fact was Steve who she married? The young boy the got in picture for son looks a lot like Steve.

Puttin this here instead of What Have you Watched because deals with Soccer. We have been watching a series on showtime called The World According to Football with Trevor Noah. Basically does different countries about Soccer and an issue there. Starts with the anonymity and struggle of the women of Brasil. 2nd is on US and why we can't seem to find players here, was surprising. 3rd was on Premier League of UK and the stress and depression a lot of the players seem to suffer from. Highly recommend.
