As Pariah said above, most of them were written as annoying, I’d add neurotic. Chandler was the sole exception. ive watched some of Perry’s shows after Friends. Pariah Posted October 30, 2023 Author Report Share Posted October 30, 2023 Matthew Perry was in a show just a few years ago called "Go On". It only lasted one season, sadly. In it he played a sportscaster who was assigned to a grief counseling group after the death of his wife in a car accident. Even more so than in Friends, Perry's character was really the only normal, well adjusted one in the entire cast. But in this series, that fact was played more for laughs.
